The bicycle department at epic Mountain gear is stellar! They are kind, understanding, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They genuinely care about the customer and will take the time to give you all the tools you need to make the best purchase and equipment decision. Highly recommend!!!

Tldr: great deals, subpar mechanicsGreat deal on mountain bikes (I spent 1600 on a bike that retails for 2899), however the mechanics aren't the best. I ride moto style brakes, so I asked them to flip the brakes for me on the bike I just bought from them. They told me it'd be 50 bucks (I've bought several bikes from various stores and typically they'll do that for free). After buying it I left the bike there for the day so they can tune it and what-not, but on my first ride, the derailleur was all out of wack and I had to spend a few hours of trail time fixing the issues they claimed they fixed during that one day wait period. (I fixed the problems now and the bike is perfect)

I wanted to leave some feedback for Brad who has been gone over and above when it came to getting me fit in ski boots. I have struggled with getting the perfect boots for years now. Brad KNOWS what he is doing and always takes the time to help me out anytime I came in to get readjusted for my boots. Brad is the equivalent of Mr. Ollivander the wand master but for ski boots! Thanks again Brad!

Great selection of gear!I think it was Lucas who helped me with my new ski setup and he was amazing. He took time to make sure my new gear fits perfectly and he was super patient with me choosing my skis. I was in the store right as it opened because I still had a long drive ahead of my destination. Lucas knew all that, he had everything fitted including binding installation quickly and very well, I was back on the road quicker than I expected.I skied for over a week at the resorts and backcountry. I have never had my gear fit so well. Thank you Lucas! I hope I remembered your name right ❄️

I brought two pairs of my skies in to have waxed and edged. I spent 45 minutes or more with the service tech lady that could not get their iPad working to check in my skies. She tied 3 different tablets and I filled out my information 5 times. Had to fill out two full check slips, one per pair of skies they couldnt put them on the same ticket. Fine whatever. I dropped them on a Tuesday night. Told to pick up Saturday . I come in Sunday and they only did one pair because they didn't have a signature for the second pair. ?? I signed 5 times that night. But they could sure take my over priced ,$80 for a wax and edge with one signature.. now I am forced to sit and wait till they wax and edge my second set so I can leave for my one week ski trip. Technology is no excuse for poor performance of your responsibility to the customers to get work done when promised . I will go back to the local shops where service is still important ..

Buyer beware if purchasing large items -(over $100). I don’t usually give negative reviews, and I never complain to get free stuff or special favors. I even gave Epic another shot after my last experience only to be disappointed again. My mistake. Make sure you are confident with your purchase, and okay writing the item off as a loss if it is unsatisfactory. Definitely recommend one of the other sporting stores in town with better customer service, and avoiding Epic if at all possible. They lost a good paying customer.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was to buy a snowboarding hoodie styled jacket and they had so many!! Bought one for a good price. The second time was when I lost a toe strap for my bindings and they replaced it with a used one from their spare parts (since they do maintenance as well) for no charge! Definitely will be back here to buy a new set up when I’m in the market for one.
