My first time going today and will definitely go back ! I had a question about one of their coffees and the cashier was very informative. Though, I needed more caramel , I went back if they could add more and they were so polite and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance. Food was delicious!!!

I come in here for coffee and a snack pretty often- I love the atmosphere! Recently I ordered from their catering menu for a party- it was such a personal experience from start to finish! The management team called me to discuss my order and what would work best for our gathering and double checked with the cooking staff to make sure that my choices would work. Upon pickup, the chef helped me walk the food out to my car and load it up. The care and quality behind the food they create is amazing.

I love this coffee shop! The food is amazing. Their Fries are everything!! The staff is always so friendly and fun. If you are looking for a place with great drinks, food, vibes, and energy, this is the place!!!

Tried a couple different coffees but couldn't find one that I could settle on. The cinnamon roll was awesome. The breakfast burrito could be shared as it's huge.

I've been to The Exchange many times and have always enjoyed food I've ordered from breakfast items to sandwiches. This time I came on a Wednesday and saw they had a $Wednesday Special $5 Pastelitos and Cuban coffee deal. They had two flavors a guava and cream cheese and a beef. I ordered both and got a cafecito. Everything was delicious and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Came here looking for coffee flights.. Place was extremely busy. There was a very long line but no signs or anything telling you where to go. Other patrons are not super friendly so they won’t tell you either. Had to stand in line and try to fight for a table to sit.. I don’t honestly know if you should find a table first or order first. It’s a bit of an anxiety attack either way lol.Let’s start with the coffee flights themselves. They didn’t look like anyone else’s. Nothing like the pictures that are shown and posted. They were absolutely terrible. No flavor and not one was sweet. One was even watered down. & They were actually very bitter. Also there was nothing showing which coffee was which so we were drinking them blindly.Food was hot and fresh. It’s not for everyone. Green chili is definitely different.. The bagel was good. They give you enough eggs which I liked!The customer service here is kind of non existent. You order, you find your own table, you get your own drinks, you clean up your own mess and can’t ask for nothing as they are busy..I wouldn’t recommend.

The Exchange has easily become my new favorite local spot! Plenty of vegan and GF options, which I love. Industrial interior vibes mixed with lots of plants and cozy spots to enjoy your food and tea/coffee, work on your computer, meet up for a cute date or hang with friends, or read a good book. The service is always amazing tooVegetarian options: Even vegan options availableDietary restrictions: So many GF and Vegan options!Parking: We always find a spot at breakfast time, but not sure what parking is like beyond that. Great variety of food and drinks. Especially espresso based drinks . Staff is friendly, happy and attentive. Bagel and lochs are superior East coast quality. Andy, Kim and the gang are the best. My wall to window requirement is a must and the eclectic atmosphere does the job!
