Grabbed a coke this morning, got home ready to drink it and it had already been opened. Called to let them know and seemed like she didn’t care. Actually that’s disgusting, that means someone there opened it. Covid is going around. Nobody wants to buy a drink that your mouths have been on. I suggest management look into this

I now see what all of the reviews are about. This place is a dumpster fire. The staff isn’t great and the bathrooms are a mess. They are slow and the gas prices are unreasonable for what is around. I suggest going anywhere else other than here. I would renter make my own gas than coke here.

Watch your receipt of things your buying. I bought a wafer cookie for $1.49, a .99 drink, and a $1 lottery ticket. I had a $1 winning lottery ticket too and my bill came to $6.59 !! not realizing it. Always get a receipt!! Somehow, they don't like giving you a receipt. So how many others had they ripped off? Time for a class action law suit. The attendant could be shady.

Gas pumps NEVER give receipts. Have to go inside every time to get one and I need it because I use a company vehicle. Don't know if it's out of laziness(not refilling the paper roll) or them just trying to be cheap and bank on the customer not wanting to go in-store and wait in line to get the receipt. Either way, it's a huge frustration.

We went in and paid for gas and cigarettes and they double charged us. Unfortunately we had to wait to Monday to speak to Max the manager, he wouldn't refund us because the transaction didn't post and he said we can get a refund when it posted. That night it finally posted at 12:00am and since we're from out of town and we're still in springs we stopped by. They told us a 2nd time they can't refund us we had to wait until Tuesday to talk to Max again. So that day around 2:50pm we had to drive all the way to Circle K (an hour and a half Dr) only to get half of what we paid back because we couldn't get the money spent for gas back) according to him if it doesn't get pumped the funds would automatically go back onto our card and we would have to contact the bank. On the receipt it showed the full amount posted even though we were only supposed to be charged for any non gas related items. We called out bank and asked for any pending or posted deposits from circle k from the day we were over charged and there after and none were showing and the manager still won't refund us for the gas we paid for that wasn't pumped even though they're employees double charged us by accident because they weren't properly trained. So now we're out of half of the money we spent and circle k won't give us back the money they still owe us from the double charge legally wise this is considered thievery when keeping a consumers money for no product or services received) so fair warning to anyone coming to the Circle K on 6560 S Academy Blvd. Colorado Springs, Co 80906 if you get double charged, or pay for gas that you ended up not pumping ect. You will not get your money back and they will keep it whether you use it or not due to the negligence and lack of care from the employees and even the manager and even his boss. This is the worst possible place to come and gives more of a headache then the satisfaction of easily being able to purchase what you pay for. For now on me and my husband decided if they can't run an honest business we are just going to go to kun and go. I understand mistakes happen but if your going to run a business and make one at least be honest and give back the funds you shouldn't have took in the first place especially if it was your employees mistake and not the customers.

There are always problems at this store. Pumps are old and often broken. The receipt printers almost never work, which is worse when you buy a car wash, at the pump. And, the car wash misses half the car. You can literally was the brushes rides above and beyond your car.You would think Circle K would occasionally spit check stations. But, it was just as bad when it was a Shell station.

I guess you're stealing if you use a styrofoam cup for a "froster". It's not a good business practice to accuse people of being thieves over a cup type.

not enough full size essentials like a carton of eggs or milk gallons. not enough full size food options. only one brand/flavor zero sugar 2 liter soda, diet coke. they run out of eggs and gallon milk alot and they are the only 24hr store that carries them within 5 miles.you can get gallon milk at the spot in front of king soopers but its $6 and no eggs. they have 2 self check out registers which is great but theyve not done their due diligence to show customers they can use them and how. parking is grosly inadequte for the size store and lot. only 5 non handicap spots. the car wash is quite good. its better than hotwash . which is unexpected for a gas station carwash. its a very safe spot also, when you need to got there between 11pm and 5am.

Most of their employees have horrible attitude when it comes to lottery. Also she wouldn't let me redeem a $150 winner when she clearly had the cash in front of her because she is only allowed to redeem $99 and below. Rude girl then dropped the cash in the safe. I asked if I could get $99 then if I bought a $50 ticket and a $1 ticket and she said no because she doesn't have the cash. She gave me serious attitude and told me I wasn't welcomed back when I rolled my eyes at her. Horrible. 3pm 8/15/22
