These guys stand behind their work! Friendly and easy to schedule with. I’ve done several different repairs here on two cars and have always had a good experience with them.

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers and after I would never go to a different auto repair place. I had the unfortunate luck of losing my transmission 800 miles from home so I was forced to find a local auto repair shop close by. I was towing an RV at the time with my girlfriend and two big dogs and their free shuttle service was kind enough to bring all of us to the Walmart across the street where we placed the R.V. until we got the news of what the true issue was. We waited until around 4 p.m. that day until Steve called and broke the news to me about the issue and what it would cost. Steve was extremely kind and understanding even going out of his way to find post market transmissions at a cheaper price. At the time I was still unable to afford to get it fixed and miss the amount of time required to get it fixed from work. I let Steve know and he was kind enough to let me leave my truck until I could find other arrangements to get it towed from their lot. After a week I was finally able to remove my truck and the entire time they never harassed me about when the towing service was coming. While I never got anything actually fixed from them, Steve's kindness and generosity during a very difficult time for me will keep me a customer for them when I move to Colorado spring this following year. While their prices might be slightly higher their kindness, transparency, and flexibility put them well over any other auto repair place.

The quotes for their repairs are absolutely ridiculous and through the roof. You could afford better at literally any other mechanic.

A female friend brought her car here with a shifting problem. They correctly diagnosed, but wanted $4000 to fix. Over $3200 for parts, which was more than at the dealer. I spent 70 min on the internet researching the problem, $120 online for a part that took me 20 min to install. Problem fixed. Choose wisely when picking an auto shop.

Awesome customer service , support and qualified workmanship. Check engine light came on and Christian Brothers was the only shop that could get me in. Being from out of town they were truly a life saver. Wonderful place to have your vehicle repaired with true trustworthy service. The shuttle service was the icing on top! No need to rent a car and spend additional money! Can’t say enough and plus got my vehicle back the same day!!!!

Christian Brothers gave us the best quote in comparison to the other quotes. We have a lifted Dodge Ram 1500 truck. They replaced the brakes that we had ordered online from another source for a decent price. They replaced the rotors; we had the coolant flushed and they changed the tire sensor that was broken. Before going to their shop- they were able to email me an estimate on what things would cost. Most other mechanics will never do this unless you come in, and if they do, the price changes dramatically. Once they were able to diagnose the truck in-person, the Christian Brother's staff pricing was pretty close to what they had promised by phone.
Based on the reviews and having asked people I met in Colorado Springs, Christian Brothers Automotive really does live up to its name and has a very ethical reputation. They have several locations, but I went to the woodmen location. Based on my own experience, I believe they are honest and trustworthy. I usually do not put this much trust in mechanic shops. I feel highly confident about recommending them.

They replaced a heater core on my sons truck. The core installed had a defect and caused secondary damage to other components of the truck. Eric and his team stood behind their work and have replaced multiple components on the vehicle at no cost and did not give up until the truck was perfect. They made a bad situation good and I will happily bring my vehicles back to them. Job well done!!!

My mom first took her car to have an alignment on her van on May 13th. They said she needed inner tie rods before they could proceed with the alignment. Fast forwarding to today may 29th. I had replaced the inner tie rods and I had my mom get it towed in. Because the alignment angles were way off after replacing inner tie rods. She gets a message from Christian brothers saying allegedly both inner tie rods were loose and the right side tie rod fell off while doing the alignment. There was no further communication from christian until they said the alignment had been finished. Here's where I have a problem If these tie rods allegedly were loose, they would have had to perform additional labor to allegedly put it back together prior to finishing the alignment but nothing was on the work order stating that they had to tighten and fix these alleged loose steering parts but yet the alignment was able to get completed. If This vehicle was as bad as they said it was they would have had pictures of it falling off or loose. I strongly suggest not taking a vehicle to christian brothers.

As a woman, I never really realized how unheard I was until I came to CBA and was ACTIVELY LISTENED TO! Even my husband noticed that Steve and his team talked directly to me and listened to me about my car and didn't just default to him because he's a man. Love this so much and recommend this company/team to everyone!

These guys are super awesome. My daughter's car broke down and we had to have it towed the next morning. I called them first a.m. and they got us in same day. They fixed the car also checked over everything and gave us a list of repairs that would need to be performed later. Very happy with the customer service and the professionalism.

I will never use this CBA shop again. This particular CBA neglects the nice difference from other CBA shops across the U.S. In past times they’ve charged me 200% more on a non-OEM washer nozzle I could have bought from the O’Reilly’s store 100ft away, to replacing my master control switch for all windows and locks 3 different times. Most recently, my CRV has what my wife calls a clunking noise coming from the front left wheel well while driving over bumps and cracks. The noise sounds to be a strut, strut bearing plate, or control arm type issue. They wanted to charge $150 dollars for a diagnostic fee while other CBA’s covered the same service under their “courtesy inspection” while stating they might have a possible diagnostic for $80 (which is reasonable). The Duryea CBA location offers zero nice difference and has forgotten what separates CBA from the industry standard/ norm. I personally think this is because of lack of owner oversight or the location has become complacent.
