“Fantastic staff, great quality items and reasonable prices!
First I have to mention the staff; the two young ladies that I interacted with while there were both phenomenal. It's clear they actually care about the customer and want them to have the best shopping experience possible. I was so impressed with them that I honestly hope the managers realize (and appreciate) all of their employees.
Next is the quality; almost every store I go into these days has only polyester clothing - even the super expensive stores! Penney's is the only place where I can find lovely, cotton clothing. I live in Europe now but if I still lived in the states, I would be doing almost all of my shopping at Penney's.

“Great experience at JCPenney today! I’ve came to this location 1 time in the past, and they still had a large variety of clothing on clearance. I’m talking genuine nice clothes too, I saw a trucker denim jacket that looked very appealing for only 40$. Not to mention this specific JCPenney always has tons of variety and quantity in their clothing. As well as phenomenal customer service, and a good environment, not to mention their great stock of everything. Overall, it’s safe to say I’ll certainly be returning back to this location. I highly recommend coming here.”
“Went there to get a new suit. Ben was the one helping me out. I really like how he approached the situation asking me for a lot of input and suggesting stuff without overriding my taste and preferences. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I ordered a pair of pants that were too big, and when I called the store to see if they had a smaller size, she literally went to find smaller sizes to place on hold for me to try on tomorrow, when I am able to drive over. “I absolutely adore this children’s shop in Old Colorado City. They have truly unique clothing and gifts that you can’t find at our big retail stores. The quality and variety is fantastic- precious stuffies, beautiful books you’ll want to keep forever, even fun teethers! I am so happy we have this local shop and the owner gets in new and fabulous items often, so each time you go in, you never know what goodies you’ll have to take home with you!
