Charged my bank account an overdraft fee. Called and spoke to them about it. They said they would reverse the fee in an hour or so. Hours later, fee still there. This put my account in the negative. Called them back. Guy said it will be removed by end of day. Guess what!? It wasn't. Called them again, all guy cares about is my account is in the negative. I tell him what happened and that it was because of them that my account is negative. Guy asks if I'm going to fix it. Is he freaking kidding me!!!?? It's negative coz of you guys! So do your job and remove the fee and give back my money that was in the account that was keeping it positive!!!Guy tells me today that he can't reverse it coz their system is down. Sure it is... so what you say you're going to do and reverse the charge!! Then my account won't be negative! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Terrible and inconsiderate. It’s 8:30am on a Thursday and I can’t use there ATM because they’re still closed, don’t leave the front entrance doors unlocked so people can use the ATM, and they don’t have a drive up ATM. If you’re even slightly smart just don’t use this location or maybe switch to another bank, I’m certainly considering it.

I’ve been to this location on several occasions and the service has been what I expect when going to Chase. Everyone is friendly and willing to go above and beyond.Arista is really great to work with on the business side.

I shouldn't have to leave work to get MY money from MY bank. There's no real reason not to have an outdoor ATM. It's unprofessional. And if you don't, please keep the vestibule open 24/7. Don't punish me because you guys got your ATM lifted.

For someone that never goes into a bank anymore I had to do some in person banking and since Chase closed my branch in Manitou (which is a very sore subject) I chose the Centennial branch. I was helped by a young man named Juwan who was courteous and helped me with all of my concerns. Foreign currency exchange and personal account issues. I would recommend this bank on my interactions with Juwan.

There is no drive up ATM. That means that once the bank part closes you can’t withdraw or deposit with the ATM inside. Completely ridiculous when you’re a BANK!

Chase bank is a total joke, I went to this one and the one in town and you have to make an appointment just to open up an checking account and I had auto deposit from disability and no could help when I need it. I went to another But a local bank and they helped me right away, so I transferred my check to a Local bank.Definitely would not use this bank especially if you need help from them in person

They refuse to replace the ATM outside. It's unprofessional and embarrassing. Telling me to my face that I can only access MY money if I come during business hours is downright insulting.

Unfortunately can't recommend this location. I'm not the biggest fan of Chase overall but this location in particular makes it feel like a test of perseverance to get my own money.
