What’s the point of an ATM lobby if it is closed after biz hours? They have a card reader but none of my debit/credit cards will open the door so I can use the atm.

Literaly helps amazon defraud you then claims their powerless to help and all they do is act between a medium to the "back office" which I'm sure if anyone reading this has had to deal with chase back office knows how horrifying a experience that is.This bank needs to be sued into oblivion and the employees need to strike

Met with George and he helped me dispute some fraudulent charges I’ve noticed on my account and helped me get that all handled with the fraud department. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful positive understanding Banker. 10/10 bank preferred location moving forward

I had the opportunity to meet with Niccolo today, to open a checking and savings account. I have visited many branches in my time but, I would have to say that I have never been treated with so much respect and professionalism as I was treated today meeting with Niccolo. Not only did he exceed in expectations, he was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, readdressed my concerns and left me feeling assured that I was banking with the right entity. I am happy I made the switch to Chase! Thank you Niccolo for all that you do!!

Apparently 1 hour is not enough time to file for a credit card. Jada was very rude and acted like it would not be enough time b4 they close. Your buisness.

This location needs more tellers. Only one person is working the drive thru and one is working the lobby. It has taken 30 minutes to leave with less than $200 cash. A complete waste of time.

Why is Larry Toomey making promises with no follow through? Why is a check being held for a contractor with no explanation? Negligent and unprofessional.

This Chase bank branch is unhelpful and rude. They withhold money for no reason. They don't help their customers. They are unkind and ignore clients. Larry Toomey gives promises and doesn't keep them and will ignore you when questioned. Do not recommend this branch or this person to work with.

Where is the zero stars option? Larry Toomey is actively using and abusing Anti-money Laundering policies and as a licensed financial professional myself, it's very clear he doesn't even understand how to align himself with those policies and procedures. He's in violation of the law by even simply telling an account holding customer their banking activity is "suspicious". Will be reporting him to the appropriate regulatory bodies and I would encourage anyone banking at this branch or institution to find elsewhere to do their business to avoid being subjected to Larry Toomey's ignorance and bigotry.

if I could give zero stars, I would. Larry Toomey makes promises that they can’t keep, and gaslights customers while doing so. The bank withheld money and Larry couldn’t even provide a clear answer on why. Instead, Larry made false promises and painted the customer as a problem. Without Larry providing any real reason for withholding the money and dismissing the customer instead, it makes it clear this location is not welcoming to Black customers.

Larry Toomey makes false promises to paying customers. Doesn't even feel like it's appropriate to make a phone call after his promises fall through. Walked away from us and refused to engage further.

Terrible customer service, specifically from Larry Toomey. He made claims that something would be done about an issue in an hour or less, when the issue was not resolved still nearly 24 hours later, he was not willing to help any further and accused me of being argumentative when I was simply stating the facts of what was previously discussed and making inquiries on why things haven't worked thus far. He ended up walking away from me mid conversation. Very poor handling of the situation.
