I loved this shirt and bought it for a party the next day and they left a security tag on it and could not wear cause they closed right after i left and went home.

They have their fitting rooms closed so you can't try anything on. Had to go another store to try on the dress, they didn't have it a size up and refused to give me my money back saying they only do exchanges. I didn't like or want anything else. It's a stupid awful store policy if you won't have your fitting rooms open.

Whatever you do, do not buy jewelry from Charlotte Russe! The jewelry is so EXTREMELY cheap here! You might think it's a good deal at the time, but they make it cheap in price because it's cheap items. I bought a necklace and a set of some hoops. The necklace fell apart so I went back to exchange it. And the small set of hoops that I bought with it being after I had already done the exchange. Also they won't even give you your money back when you want to return it. Must be cause they know how cheap it is. I bought my moms coat for Christmas here, hoping that doesn't fall apart too.

This store has some nice clothing but everything is WAY over priced. I bought a shirt, jacket, and a knotted sweater here for $73.00 that did not hold its quality. It was not worth the purchase.

Staff was not helpful or friendly. They did not greet myself and my daughter. They stared at us , and did not offer any assistance. Don't like the new crew. The old crew was nice, welcoming, and offered help and gave their name, told you about deals. These people suck, no customer service at all. Will not return, and will share with family, friends, and co-workers.

Although some of their items are nice, this particular location I wanted to try on a pair of boots as the entire store was on sale. When I took the out of the box completely obvious the we're a return. Bottoms were worn and sides were scuffed. Loosing my taste for this company . The quality has truly dropped over the last three years.
