Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Did an excellent job installing our car alarm and remote start. We are Howlin Winds Storm Chasers and have a lot of equipment in our vehicle when we are chasing storms and tornadoes ?. They did the job in record time. ?

I took my dash cam here for an install based on reputation from a friend about his friend’s install being corrected by the people at this location. Service was QUICK! I didn’t expect to get my vehicle in immediately so since it was conveniently located by food spots, we used up our time while they installed. The guys didn’t treat me any differently, which I appreciate and i even had friendly conversation with them. I didn’t go to the location closest to me but for now, it doesn’t matter and I would still drive out to this other location (Woodmen). They’ve won this customer and I will continue to go to them for other products and install.

Had fog lights replaced with LED cans on an 04 GMC Sierra 2500HD. They told me they didn’t have the exact mounting brackets, but could “make it work if I wasn’t particular about the bracket being specific to the light.” They didn’t mention they would be creating their own bracket out of plumber straps and self tapping crews, which inevitably was going rattle apart. Not a very professional operation charging insanely high prices for the equally they deliver. This is 1 of 2 absolutely terrible experiences. Do not shop here, is my advice.

Called to get a replacement box for a JL Audio 12TW3-D4. They said that box is unavailable from JL and then quoted 400 to build a Small Sealed box.
I work in the automotive industry and have recommended Car Toys ALOT in the past. I no longer will recommend them.
