“Been going to this location for our vehicle needs for the better part of a year and yes, I am just now posting a review.
I WILL NOT rent a vehicle anywhere else, if avoidable. The owners are PHENOMENAL people and they always take care of us, I love them!
They never deserve anything less than 5 stars from us.
Best Avis/Budget location in the Springs, hands down.”
“I’m retired military and was in town for work at Fort Carson. Upon my arrival all the car rentals at airport were SOLD OUT! Arriving after hours I was told there is no availability even nearby town rentals all closed by now. Fortunately I found Dimples Car rental- really friendly and they even picked me up from airport and provided me a rental! They take care of community and military friendly rates! If you’re in need of rental highly recommended!”

The white Toyota Camry, who we named White Lightning aka The Lightning Bug, was spotless and ran so well! Sipped gasoline. Amazing mileage.

“We reserved a Tahoe through Costco. They gave us a Nissan Armada. I wouldn't buy one for myself but it did everything we needed it to. It was loaded with features. My favorite is the adaptive cruise control. Independent climate zones, even in the rear seats, were amazing. They returned our entire deposit and there were no hidden fees. Would rent from them again.
EDIT: Rented a "premium" SUV for a 2-week long road trip which ended up being a big black Chevy Suburban. The windshield wiper fluid ran out two days in so I filled it up. It was only a few bucks. Mentioned it when turning in the vehicle and she reimbursed which I wasn't expecting. Second great experience at this location and will likely rent from them again in the future.”

“The branch manager, Alex, is an absolute gem. He is attentive and helps any way he can. Note that this is a small location, so there are fewer cars. I also know I’m not going to get the rental bs because Alex will handle it immediately. He ensures his team does their due diligence which I cannot say for other locations in the springs. I rent with Enterprise because of this location. ❤️”

“This enterprise goes out of there way to try and supply you the car you need. Any negative comment you read is usually always out of there control. I really don’t think people grasp how busy these business are. I rent at least once a month maybe more, all employees I deal with have great customer service and attitudes. I recommend them. 5 star.”

“Best service. On August 11th, I got in line behind 10 people, all I wanted was my rental, but so did they, so stand in line is all I could do. There was only two guys checking people out. I then noticed a man coming from the back office with a backpack on. He saw the line and immediately got on a computer to help! Once I got up to him, I found out he was the manager and he was on his way out for the day, and he saw his guys with the long line and said he couldn't leave them to fend for themselves. This is a TRUE LEADER! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and LEADERSHIP! He made me forget all about the line! You have a customer for life! Thank you!”

“Unlike Enterprise at the woodmen location, Hertz answered their phone and did not keep me on hold for 10mins only to be hung up on when I finally got through to Enterprise. Hertz is very welcoming and a speedy and painless transaction. The only thing I would suggest for Hertz to do is have a layout of the additional add-ons so that we could see the pricing for each package.”
“After much aggravation with other rental companies...I would never recommend anybody except Hertz. Kenny was able to get me in a rental the very same day. It was a complicated situation and I had to call him several times. He was extremely patient and very kind. After several bad experiences, the one great experience with Kenny made it all ok. I will never go thru another company. Thank you so much. You have a repeat and loyal customer.”
“The lady who assisted me yesterday late afternoon after 4pm was very nice and helpful!! She got me in and out and did not make a fuss about the type of car I rented... the last time I rented a car the lady said " I can tell you right now your not getting an SUV" she said because I had booked my reservation the same day (3hours before pick up) that she needs at least 24hours notice for an SUV ..”
“We got one of the last vehicles available at the entire airport rental facility during the Fire Fighter Memorial weekend. Dollar is a long walk from the terminal building. If you have someone with you and a lot of stuff, have them wait at the beginning of the sidewalk with your stuff and pick them up with your rental.”

“We were out to a doctors appointment on Monday in our wheelchair accessible vehicle when the door stopped working. We called and talked to Doug who said he would let the shop know we were on our way in. They fit us in and were able to fix our vehicle within the hour. We have been working with this company for over 8 years and have purchased two vehicles with them. Thankful we have a company in Colorado Springs who is there to help those of us that are in handicap accessible vehicles. We appreciate the whole team.”
