From start to finish, my experience with Alamo at the Colorado Springs Airport was top-notch. The front desk staff were polite, efficient, and had me on my way quickly with no hassle.
But the real standout was Taylor at the outside booth. I accidentally left my backpack outside, and thanks to his honesty and quick thinking, it was kept safe and waiting for me when I returned. In a world where that could’ve easily gone differently, Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t lose something important. His integrity and customer care are truly admirable.
Huge thanks to the Alamo team — and especially Taylor — for turning what could have been a stressful moment into a reminder that great service and good people still exist. Highly recommend!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE Zach and Kyle at Avis Car Rental on 8th St in Colorado Springs. I rented an SUV from this location and I got a super nice and very clean vehicle for a surprisingly good price and the customer service I received from these two will definitely be bringing me back! Other times when I’ve had to rent a car it’s usually such a pain in the butt but this time it was so incredibly easy and hassle free plus these guys weren’t the usual dry stuffed shirts that you’ll usually find behind the counter, they were plenty professional but they were also friendly and fun to talk with. Seriously, it was such an A+ experience that if I should need to rent another vehicle, I’ll definitely be going back to Avis at this 8th St location. Keep it up guys!”
“I’m retired military and was in town for work at Fort Carson. Upon my arrival all the car rentals at airport were SOLD OUT! Arriving after hours I was told there is no availability even nearby town rentals all closed by now. Fortunately I found Dimples Car rental- really friendly and they even picked me up from airport and provided me a rental! They take care of community and military friendly rates! If you’re in need of rental highly recommended!”
