I love this shop!h went in looking for nothing more than a chain of the right length and they helped me find one that was just right. I also got advice on how to modify a necklace I wanted to wear for a party. I stayed extra long to admire the jewelry on display. Everything was interesting and artistically made. Next time I need quality jewelry, By Design is the first place I'll go.

Love this business! They recently created a custom necklace made from my horses tail hair. I had been wanted a special keepsake with my horses hair for a long time. It was absolutely perfect! Matt and Bonnie took extra time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and their communication was great. You can tell they really care. Thanks!

The work done at By Design Gems is impeccable. I took five of my favorite watches over there. The batteries were dead and they were too big for my wrists. Now I have them back and they are perfect! I like my Apple Watch but sometimes I just want something to tell time and look pretty. I've never seen technology used in the way they do here to create the custom jewelry pieces.
