The store hours are 9:00 am. It’s almost 9:30 and the doors won’t open. It’s already bad enough the customer service is lacking. If the business hours aren’t 9:00am, you need to change that on your doors and website.

I was told tonight that you are not allowed to use the bathroom unless it is an emergency and only if you are female or a child because people steal things in the store and that I could use the bathroom at Ross a few stores down.
Wow! So it’s ok to not allow males to use the bathroom and everyone else gets to go at the Burlington on Academy?!
Keep in mind I don’t have a cart or any merchandise in my hand when I am bouncing around (because I have to pee so bad) asking the bald dude with glasses politely to unlock the bathroom before I buy some things.
Seems like discrimination to me.
Ross got my money tonight and I’ll never go back.
Go to the Burlington on Barnes and Powers by Costco. They actually let you use the bathroom and they don’t have a midget store security guy that flirts with your wife. They take returns without any fuss too.
The Burlington on Academy has rude employees and a manager that doesn’t care about customer service or customer retention.

This Burlington is super organized and clean. The only thing is that we were accused by the fat cashier with the buzz cut and glasses for stealing. When we got up to the register my husband was going to the laundry basket that we had got plus other three items that were inside of the basket, she went and had scan the basket and said "you’re good” and then my husband put the three items on the counter and that’s when she started making snarky comments like "oh so you just figured that you’re going to put things in the basket and we wouldn’t know?” And then she proceeded to look over the counter and then look into the basket and ask is there anything else in the cart to which I tell her no. And I’m watching her still look at the cart and she goes on to say well there’s like a sparkly item in the cart. I go to grab my personal bag for my items and I tell her and show her my bag and let her know that I’m not stealing anything. She was being condescending and ignorant. DO BETTER!!!

This place has the worst taste in employees. The management should be embarrassed of who they chose to represent their store. I did not speak to management directly, but what I could hear over the walkies was not helpful to me as a customer at all. I was told I would be able to return or exchange the clothes I bought as as long as I kept the tags and made sure that I gave them my rewards number just in case and I did that, they sold me an item without a tag and I didn’t have the receipt so I gave them my rewards number and they couldn’t even successfully find me in the system, gave up on that and told me there was nothing they could do, even the “supervisor” couldn’t do anything? What a useless example of customer service. I will not be returning. The options I had to shop from sucked as well, save yourself a bad day and go to a different location.

Got some good pieces of cloths for an ok decent amount. But I would rather go to the Burlington up off north Academy. Now they way more items up there.

I went to try on some clothes in the front fitting room and I had closed and locked the door before I started unchanging. After I was done getting dressed, I went to leave and found that the door was ajar a crack as if someone with a key was watching me change. You might want to check your staff, Burlington. I've never had an experience like this before.???

Negative numbers. I have been in this store since 9 am - 10:49am( time I got in my car to leave this unprofessional and biased establishment) with my own tote.loss prevention walked by me as I was shopping on an aisle. Now as I am walking to check out some staff member ( did not ID herself) comes up and gives me a cart and tells me to put my stuff in the cart and tells me that I need to put use a cart instead of my tote next time I come in this stores. This policy should’ve been communicated to me as soon as I walked in the door I haven’t had a problem with any other store that I go into other business establishments. I head to the register and dumped all the things I picked up. Told the cashier I will not be purchasing them. The employee then told me I was banned from the store. Extremely poor customer service, and poor communication !!!!I nor will my family and friends spend our money at this location or Burlington period. ????
