Brakes plus doesn't do good work. Beware folks. I was never told my tensioner was near catastrophic failure while replacing the serpentine belt. The belt blew up. Record all conversations when you do business with this brake plus location.

I wanted to share about an appalling experience I have (been having) here at brakes Plus. About a year ago my air conditioning and heating would randomly stop working. I took it into brakes plus and they said I needed a new blower motor. I replaced the blower motor for nearly $500. But that did not fix the issue. They said it was the blower motor again. And again. And again. Each time my time was wasted as they replaced the issue but to no avail. The issue was never solved. I'm not joking when I say they put in multiple blower motors according to them. Come to find out, my friend who knows about cars stuck his head under my glove box and found the two wires that connect to the blower motor. He adjusted one and as he did, the air started blowing and so he found that that was the issue. And the other cable was melted and also needed replacement. It will cost $16 to replace both plugs. So after many hours of wasted time and hundreds of dollars come to find out that the issue was less than $20 f that these professional mechanics either overlooked or maliciously simply did not repair to get my money. You can be the judge of what you think. It is. Attached as a photo of the plug that is clearly in need of replacement. They acted all surprised when I brought it into them and showed them photos of the cables. And then they were not too apologetic, mostly defensive when I requested money back for the part that did not need to be installed. It did not need a new blower motor costing me $500, it needed two $8 plugs from the junkyard to be spliced in. I would recommend thinking carefully about whether you want to pay the exorbitant amounts of money that these folks are requesting in order to most likely not even fix the issue that you need to have fixed. Very appalled and disappointed with this situation.

Nobody likes when your car isn’t working properly and it’s never convenient. Emily was amazing, reassuring and went out of her way to keep me calm and professional that things would be done correctly. She even worked with me regarding the bill as I was not prepared for the amount it was going to cost and my budget. She went above and beyond for me! She made it as painless as possible, now that’s service with a smile!

Thank you Austin and Abby for taking care of me and my daughter’s new car. It is scary having your child drive and knowing she is in a safe vehicle is extremely important. Thank you. 9/1 they did it again!! Thank you KT! I will see you guys in a couple weeks for an oil change. It is nice to know someone I can trust. Thank you very much. Our cars will be ready for winter.

Stopped in to check on abs and emergency brake warning lights. Was in and out within minutes. Dom, the service rep, was very professional, tested the computer, and explained potential causes in detail. Dom was not pushy and did not up sale unneeded work. Will definitely come back for future needs.

I've been having all my cars serviced here for over seven years and we are pleasantly satisfied with the level of customer service, and auto service we receive. Communication is amazing Nick, Abi, and Matt. They service more than just brakes, including shocks, alignments, air fuel and oil filters, oil leaks etc. I take my cars there for initial inspection, and they tell me whether it's something they can service or not. This is a top notch establishment, always making things right for the customer.

The customer services at the was excellent
I my SUV in at 8 am and did not have as appointments The customer service informed me that were 50 cars ahead. He said leave with we will get back to before the day was over
He call back and me the findings around 3 pm
He told me the good and problem with options quotes economy and high brake pads the SuV
Needs we compared and allow Matt to fix the problem our vehicle was ready for pick up at 5 pm EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
