I love this place!! The manger returned the car that was taken there for a diagnosis test. Endurance said they would cover the transmission and the other problems with the car, but then turned around and said they would only cover $400. We were going to pay the $210 for the few, but the manager gave the money back. He really helped out a lot. I have big respect for him. I would highly recommend buying your car here if you are looking for a new vehicle. They will have your back.

Don’t expect the same service/attention that you will have in other Volvo dealers. I took my car there for regular maintenance last month and:
- My car was returned with scratches on the steering wheel and on the panel.
- Only after they returned my keys they said “by the way, there is a message showing in the instrument panel. Was that showing before?”
- I called them at least 5 times since then, left 2 voicemails and wasn’t able to talk to the employee that was responsible for my car (Fabian)
- I saw them trying to sell new tires to a woman, even considering that her car had only 25k
It is definitely better driving an hour and taking the car to the dealers in Denver.

Robert G. is totally awesome ? along with being empathetic to your personal situation. Robert takes the time to actively listen to you and your needs. Their motto, you just don’t buy one, stands true for me. This is my second vehicle from Bob Penkhaus Volvo. My first vehicle was totaled in February 2024. They said yes when the others told me no and for that I am grateful. The drive from Aurora to CO Springs was definitely worth it.

When a generational customer comes in and tells you that there's a concerning noise, and asks a technician to ride along with him to identify the problem, the correct response is "Sure, let's go!"
The incorrect response is "Well, it's gonna cost you..."
Such a simple attitude adjustment would keep those generation customers returning. This customer probably won't buy another Volvo for the rest of his life, or even bring his family's Volvos back for service.

Just purchased a 2018 Volvo S90. Worked with Robert in sales and Jordan in finance. Had to run the numbers a couple of times to get them where I was comfortable with the pricing. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable about his product and made sure the transaction went smoothly. If your are looking for a Volvo I cannot recommend Robert enough.
