Going to a car dealership is never fun, but this place is different. Our salesman, Dart, was amazing. He was honest and upfront. He took the time to know what our expectations were and not waste our time. The finance team were more than helpful and great overall. No pushy sales tactics here which we really appreciated. We will be back for more vehicles in the future!

This is the mazda to visit if you need service for sure! Helped me out greatly with my vehicle. My service advisor Franco was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Really appreciated how he handled everything with urgency and consideration. Jeremy also was great at explaining everything thoroughly, and had video evidence which was awesome to see how my vehicle was being treated with such care. I’m glad my vehicle was in their hands. Thanks for everything!

If I could rate this dealership a negative they would have it. We purchased a used vehicle here about 7 years ago. Service department was horrible. They could never fix what needed fixing until several trips for the same problem. Short story, we stupidly traded that vehicle in for another used vehicle recently and immediately had problems after the first few days of purchase. We have made at least 3-4 trips to the service department only for them to fix thngs that was not related to the problem as the problem is still occurring. This will be the last time we we purchase anything here. Constantly getting the run around with techs that have no idea what they are doing.

When you arrive at Bob Penskus Mazda at Powers (North) be prepared to be treated like family. From the service department to the sales consultants to the finance department, I was treated like a loved member of the family. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle or looking for great service to stop by and chat with Alex in sales, Jesse in finance or Franko in service. You won’t be disappointed.

I won't return to this dealership. They were trying out a salesman who was great, but the manager stepped in and constantly pushed to close a sale even though we said we weren't ready to purchase a car that night.
They had another salesman, Dart, take over the process. They did not give him any information of the type of car, package, or the price point we were wanting. He was more interested in closing a sale than finding out what we wanted.
I've had better experiences at used car lots than at Bob Penkus Mazda

Good costumer service, I sent my sister in law to drop it off and pick it up and she said we’re super nice and accommodating to her needs. Also was super happy and surprised when they brought the car to her instead of making her go find it like all the other dealers!

Brett was a pleasure to deal with at Bob Penkhus. He answered all our questions and really made us feel welcome. This is my first Hybrid vehicle. He truly was very informative and made me feel confident in my decision. The process was smooth and relatively quick. Thank you Brett and the whole Bob Penkhus team that we dealt with! Got a Jeep Patriot from this location there's an oil leak and the struts are blown and they refuse I mean refuse to listen to a female no matter what's said. Guess I'm right on this one now I'm out 300 dollars because of this place. I have called and spoke the mechanics I've called and spoke to the assistant manager my man has called and taken it up to this location. They refuse to do their job and then tried charging us out of pocket for a front end fix. When it's not even on us. This location sucks and is not worth coming to. We found out the hardway. Hope somehow this can be fixed won't let to me put zero stars
