I wanted to share my experiences with Bob Hawkins State Farm Agent in Northern Colorado Springs and his incredible staff. I moved to Colorado about 4.5 years ago and have dealt with hail, storms, and other "fun" things Colorado brings to the table. Every time I have an issue, I make a call to the office and quite often get Bob to talk to, but that's not even needed. Bob's staff is so very competent that I rarely need to talk to the Bob the Agent. Christine (amazing with customers and knowledge), Jessica (awesome and so gracious), and I think her name is Jasmine (incredible at dealing with issues and policies) are fully competent and so very helpful with any issue I have, reviewing policies and coverage, and just being pleasant on the phone. I cannot tell you how different that is from so many other people.I have left messages often on the phone and they are promptly returned. I have called and this team answers the phone most times on the first ring and get immediate help. If there is a question (rare) that they cannot answer, they figure it out and call me back. Service, Service, Service is the name of this office. They make me feel very secure about my insurance needs and my current coverage. They call with with good news and bad news on my policies. They are professional and honestly I feel they care about my well being.I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thanks for all the support and assistance! Gold Star TeamThank you!!

I have been with StateFarm for about 15 years and Bob has been my agent 3 of those years. He’s lots of help and very knowledgeable. Every time I call in I get a friendly voice and they always handle things very easy and quickly for me. I recommend Bob and his staff to anyone that’s looking for insurance or a new agent.

Just moved to Colorado Springs and needed to switch over my plan to a local provider. Called em up and Stephanie answered. Told her what I needed and she was on top of it! Offered me relevant policy info and ended up saving us quite a bit a month, even with the additional glass coverage for hail and rocks. Only interacted with her once on the phone but no doubt we're in good hands for any additional needs. That's the saying right?

I needed to change my insurance due to relocation and working with Stephanie relieved a ton of stress for me. She was able to get me everything I had on my old policy and more for a lower price! I was so impressed by the wonderful customer service and clear explanation of all the different options available to me. This was the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent.

This was my first time getting insurance for myself and working with Stephanie was the easiest and most reassuring experience I could have ever asked for. I was in a major home insurance crisis today. Sky is falling kind of stuff.. I spoke with Stephanie (works for/with Bob)& she got me squared away with a new home & auto policy. Painless and easy. Saved me some good $$$ over my prior Prog**ssive policy too! I am now able to go to bed tonight knowing that we are properly covered & there is definitely something positive to be said for talking with an agent from your area, not just a yahoo from who knows where. I am very glad to be onboard with you folks now.
