LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Mom & Pop shop in the Forest! Been going there for years and always found the service EXCEPTIONAL. Eric, the owner always comes out to chat and his staff are very knowledgeable, hardworking and polite. Today was no exception - popped in unannounced to ask for help in fixing a faulty tail & brake light. Tony immediately offered his assistance and had it replaced in a manor of minutes - and then wouldn't charge me for the bulbs or time! Who does that anymore? I'm a customer for life.

I cannot speak highly enough of Black Forest Auto. Everyone was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. They explained what was wrong with my car in a way that I completely understood and offered to answer any questions I had. The overnight drop off is ideal for people who work during the day like I do. In the past I have always put off bringing my car into a mechanic, I'm used to feeling like I'm being scammed the entire time and desperately trying to phone a more technically savvy friend for help while feeling like there isn't actually as much wrong with my car as they're saying there is. Black Forest Auto is the exact polar opposite of that experience; everything is super straight forward, they're incredibly good at what they do, they don't try to hide any hidden fees or anything. The entire process was unbelievably easy, clear, and friendly, and I won't ever go anywhere else in Colorado to have my car serviced. They're highly skilled and phenomenally nice. I genuinely made a yelp account to be able to tell other people how good they are.
