Terrible. $30 I even swept the bed of my truck out into a box and put it by tye trash. U have no hot water going through the hoses it takes 10- 20 seconds for the next cycle. I'm pist.

Don't bother. Paid $18 for their deluxe wash, got <$9 in value. The blower and washer are too low powered, leaving fresh bird poop on the windscreen, fresh bug carcasses on the bumber, and water drops everywhere. Then you have to pay to use the vacuum. I get a better wash and dry for $10 at other places that offer complimentary vacuums.

I only give the auto wash 3 starts because they don't offer a subscription. And they dryer is not great.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Paid 12 for the touchless car wash (which I thought was expensive for the basic wash) Get through the car wash and the dyers never turned on to dry my car. Talked to the manager on site and he is super rude and says the $12 wash doesn't come with dryers.... UMMM what?!?! I ask for my money back because it is not posted anywhere. Manager says there is a sign AFTER YOU PAY that you cant even read from your car. I then call the owner and let me tell you, most rude owner I've ever talked to. Said that when you pay for cheap you lose things. Sir every car wash has a dryer and doesn't make you pay EXTRA FOR IT!! PLEASE don't give this place anymore money and let them fail. There are 5 other carwashes in the area.... ALL CHEAPER AND INCLUDE DRYER AND FREE VACUMES. SHAME ON YOU BIG WAVE CAR WASH AND YOUR TERRIBLE OWNER AND MANAGER

The self-service options are just fine! However the only good thing about the new automatic washes is that you’re no longer screwing up your alignment on the front driver’s side tire with that guide. I have NO clue what the difference is between the different options as they’re listed nowhere (as of 12/17/23), and from what I could tell I received the exact same wash with the $14 and $18 options. Both left a “film” of visible dirt on my vehicle after all was said and done.

Love this carwash. Many options for clear coat protection , spray wax, spot free, best part is....They all freaking work! Not like some others that are not maintained. Easily reads your card too. Thank you keep it up.-Tesla model 3 owner.

I did the self wash car wash.TLDR; Vacuums work well. Car bays are pretty clean. Nice employees and no feeling of being rushed if you go when there's no line.The vacuums worked just fine, 4 minutes was enough for the entire car if you have everything ready - door mats out etc. It cost $1 per 4 minutes. The vacuum hose was put away nicely. And I saw the employee fix the hose after I left the station to go wash my car as I couldn't do it as well as they did, so they keep an eye on these things.I washed my car next. You can only use a bucket and handwash when there is no line. I was there around 2pm and there was no line so it would have been acceptable. I wish I had a bucket with me because I wanted to handwash but I didn't. So I tried to do the soak options, then stopped the session to hand wash it and then rinse. It was mostly effective, my car was very dirty after a long road trip so the bucket would have helped.I couldn't figure out how to do the tire cleaner but that very well could have been me doing it wrong. The employee did help me out by recommending how I should wash my car given what I wanted.This is a great spot for what it is. I still prefer a hose and bucket at home, but when that's not an option it's always nice to be able to come somewhere like this and be able to clean your car.

I’ve used this car wash for years but since the auto wash equipment was changed out it’s been a big disappointment. The glass is spotty, blue wash product left on my car and dirt remains. It’s not terrible but noticeable. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for another service.

Very disappointed with the results. I just got a car wash in the only bay that was open for the touchless wash. My car is dirtier than it was before I got the wash. The water must be dirty because my car is covered in water spots now. I immediately tried to wipe my car with my towel, but it was too hard to get off. I’m very sad as this car wash used to be a great option! The card machine said to see attendant for the vacuum code, but no one came out after I tried to reach out to them. Very disappointed
