“I dropped off a wheel to get trued the night before a snow storm rolled in. I called the next day and realized that the shop was closed... No answer so I looked at social media to confirm.

But somebody from the shop called me back a little while later even though the shop was closed and asked if I needed anything.

2 days into the snow storm I got a call from the shop again even though they were closed...my wheel was ready so I went to pick it up!

Top notch neighborhood service even in the middle of a snowstorm.

Thank you so much guys I really appreciate it, I'm that knucklehead out there riding early on the trails in the morning in the snow before it has a chance to melt and make a gooey muddy mess.

You are truly appreciated.”

“I can highly recommend checking out Procycling Specialized bikes. Randall offered excellent customer service and worked with me so I selected the perfect bike for me. I purchased an e-bike and love it. When I need service I’ll be going there for sure. Thanks!!”

“I went in to have my bike looked at because the pedal kept falling off. I don't know much about bikes. A gentleman dropped what he was doing to help me, identified the issue, showed me what was wrong, ordered the part I needed, and even checked the brakes for me real quick and assured me they are working fine. I was out of there in 10 minutes and they're keeping the bike until the part comes in. A++.”

“I bought a used trike here a couple years ago, It was really like new. They were all so helpful and kept the bike for me until I could get there 3 days later. They loaded it in our truck and all around good experience! Never have had a problem with it. Thanks!”

“This has become my go to bike shop in Colorado Springs. The staff has always been phenomenally friendly and helpful. From apparel and complete bikes, to parts and special order items, they've always done their best to have what you need. They support the local cycling community and have skilled mechanics who are there to help you when the inevitable need arises for their skills (RIP my derailleur hanger).

A special shoutout to Renee Eastman, their bike fitter and professional coach. She helped dial in my Wife's Diverge despite the extra difficulty of hyper-mobility and nerve damage. It was a night and day difference between the before and after the fit.

I've been a repeat customer and will continue to be such for the forseeable future.”

“A gem of a shop. A small, locally-owned business whose Owner and Employees are enthusiasts. You'll immediately feel comfortable when discussing a purchase or service and repair. I've bought a bike, bike gear and had the bike serviced at Old Town Bike Shop. Always a great experience. Glad they are available to us.”
