Best buy can't go wrong here. They have competitive prices and I had to return something and they made it very easy. My only criticism would be that they a little understaffed, but once you do get somebody they usually fairly knowledgeable about their product area.

25 mins to get staff assistance and that's after asking 2 different people for help, who kept telling me they would call someone... brutal, don't waste your time, go elsewhere

This is the best place to go whenever you need any type of electronic item. Cameras? They have them. Prebuilt gaming computers / laptops? They have them. Need a new radio for your car? They have them. They have a plethora of different appliances for your house as well. The only thing better than this place is micro center, and they don't even have appliances at microcenter

Paid $180 to their geeksquad to back up my stuff and fix my computer.
They got it running again but at least 85% of the things (pictures, music, etc...) that were on the computer are now gone.
The issue they fixed wasn't imperative, more of an annoyance, but now I've lost majority of my saves stuff.
I was questionable going to geeksquad to begin with. Find an actual computer repair facility. Don't use these places.

Great customer service, quick in and out thanks to the security team at the front of the store who explained exactly where to find what I was looking for. Reasonable prices.

Everybody was going to go get somebody else to help us- for 15 minutes. Mind you, the store was practically empty. Online said this store location had it in stock. 2 minutes with the guy it took them 15 minutes to find and he said no, it's online (he didn't even try to pretend to check)
W just said ok and left
