Where do we even begin? Let's see. I own a property that is managed by this team. It took us three months to ever even figure out who to contact about how to pay, the storage unit, and our mailbox. I had to call multiple times, and even when a phone call was placed during the opening hours, even during varying times of the opening hours, the phone was never answered. When I finally got someone on the phone, they couldn't tell me anything about any of it except said she would send an e-mail about how to pay. Never did. So we called several more times, and I finally got someone who was very helpful. So after by that time four months of owning the property and having someone else living on property because my boyfriend had to leave due to military obligations, we finally got a key to access the mailbox. Thanks, we were late paying mortgage because they sent everything to that address. Set up to register to pay HOA and waited for e-mail saying that our registration was approved (fter having to fight to get them to tell us our account number). Never heard from them again until many more months being told we owed a huge amount. Yet our account is still not approved to be registered after SIX MONTHS of waiting. Very unprofessional.

BSR has been managing my property for some 10 years now, and my experience has been positive and professional. I've always found them to be available and responsive for any matters concerning the property, whether that's been immediate repair needs or planned maintenance and move-in/out turnovers. I've also been pleased with their knowledge of the local market with respect to rental rates and minimizing vacancy.

I'm very disappointed in this realty company !!! I have been trying to call them about a rental property they have for rent for Three weeks and left voice mails and called there office and know one picks up or returns phone calls. Also E-mailed them. I'm will be sure not to rent for this company and will tell others about my experience... Not very professional at ALL !!!

Pathetic customer service. If this company has to do with a property you are looking at walk away now. One of the main responsibilities we pay HOA for is the surrounding grass and foliage is taken care of. Most of it is dead and uncut...when we went to inquire about concerns with our neighborhood and it’s safety, the women at the door would not speak to us. She was hostile, rude, and unhelpful. I did not get her name because she did not offer it. There are several cars being broken into and they are more concerned with if they can see your trash can from the road. Poor quality service all around.

I’ve been on the list to have the paneling fixed on my townhome for over a year now. I’ve got a neighbor who has 4 cars and directly parks in front of my townhome so I have no parking and they haven’t gotten back to me yet. My complex is under a lawsuit and is supposed to have things fixed and I’ve never been informed on when that will be .

My lease was up for renewal and the owner was going to raise the rent well out of my ability to stay in the unit. I told Jerry that I was probably going to have to move out and he not only convinced the owner to lower the rent increase, but to also allow me to remain in the unit for another 2 years at the lowered rate.The management of the unit has been wonderful, but knowing that the managment company will go to bat for me makes me want to always rent with Bennett Shellenberger.

Great people to work with. Jerry and Wendy helped us get into a rental home their company offered. During the duration of our stay they made sure our home was working properly and stayed in great condition. You can tell they care a lot about the value of the homes they represent and they especially care about the people in them. My wife and I will forever and always recommend them as the best in the state for any type of real estate need.

I own a condo and Bennett shellenberger happens to be the management services. I own and I pay $255.00 a month condo fee. We have an inside mailroom that has been broke for a week! They still have yet to fix it. Why do we pay $255.00 a month?Also the company takes advantage of seniors!I would discourage anyone from hiring this company
