I have been shopping at this location for more than a decade so when I tell you that things have changed a lot over the years that is the least way to express it. Catherine Truly teaches people how to be the best at their job job by not trying to sell product by trying to connect with people. I’m not sure if she’s still at the company or not but ultimately at the end of the day I only come back to the store because I know that people that she taught are still here.This location takes care of people better than any other location in Colorado Springs ever could try to. Come here to receive the best service, the best experience, and actually learn about product knowledge! Way to go!PS hopefully Rob gone because he’s the worst employee that Bath And Body Works has ever had. I have avoided this location because of him but I’m hoping to be able to come back either when he’s not working or once he’s gone. He is honestly the only reason this location does not get five stars because every time I’ve been in he is either talking so badly about another employee loudly were customers can hear or just being utterly rude to customers.

Not usually a customer here. Allergies and what not have made me avoid the store for years but came in tonight to get a new fragrance because my go to finally ran out. Both boys were immediately friendly but Seth really took care of me. Let me make a bunch of silly comments while showing me a handful of scents in my tolerance range and knows how to make a sale. Got me to get more than I originally came in for and was really enjoyable to chat with.

Just left this location after having a horrible experience are the shops at briargate. Everyone was friendly at this location even was helpful when inquiring about some products. Was greeted coming in and leaving. Was not followed or bombarded with questions or products. Really like this location !

The staff at this location are all incredible! I had a complicated exchange and everyone was so helpful and patient and didn’t rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience! Can’t recommend this location enough!

Cheryl was super helpful getting my kids outfitted for their first trip! She found the waders, boots and SPF protection clothing best fit for them! She was also very knowledgeable about the 9/10ths commission on our property value! Would highly recommend hosting gatherings/reunions/weddings at this venue and definitely ask for Cheryl!
