I recently purchased a vanity and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The product I received was a completely different color than what was advertised on the website. I ordered a beige vanity, as clearly shown in the picture and specifications, but what arrived was a dark grey vanity.
I called customer service three times, but each time I was told that I could not return or exchange the product because it was outside the policy days. During my last call, the representative I spoke with said she would transfer me to her supervisor. However, she did not, instead, she pretended to be the supervisor herself. I recognized her voice and realized it was the same person, which felt very dishonest.
Additionally, I left several voice messages for the warranty department and sent two emails, but I received no response. The lack of support and accountability from the company is very frustrating.
I expected better service and adherence to accurate product descriptions. I am very disappointed with this purchase and the overall handling of my issue. I would not recommend buying from bed bath n beyond based on this experience.

Went in to the store today at the citadel mall. Made great savings on a big purchase since the sale and customer service sent my discount coupon. I had great help from the store manager Sara and associate Kristi in the store and Brie by phone. I am happy with the selections I purchased and the great help and savings I was given.

Bath and body works is always great but there wallflowers are the best. They make my place smell so good!! Love the summer scents!

Went in to see what was new and I wish I would have caught the absolutely wonderful lady's name that works here. A patron's perfume was sending me into coughing fits and this outstanding employee not only helped find what I was looking for, but brought me a water from their personal supply. Thank you so much ?

Wifey actually asked me to go inside this time to help her decide on some things. I wasn't much help in the store because there are just way too many fragrances but I will say the employees were very nice and helpful and the store was clean.
