Awesome bookstore with great staff. Always my first stop when gift shopping. Books, puzzles, games, records, you can't go wrong.

A dieting breed but an excellent book store.. Social media has sacked B&N of its strength which is books. It's a sequel to Blockbuster video stores.

A little disappointed with their drink policy.
Summary:
If you want more for your buck, go to an actual Starbucks. You maybe paying full price but they have no problem filling your cup to the brim especially if you ask for no ice (if it’s an iced drink). So in a sense, you get more!
The story:
I usually order a grande iced soy matcha latte with the ice on the side.
I ordered my drink and asked that since the ice is on the side that the matcha be filled to the top please. The manager was the only one working that morning so I ordered from her. When I paid and made my request, all she told me was, “that’s not how we do it.” I told her well, the ice is on the side so if you could please fill it up. She said “I’ll see what i can do but that’s not how we do it.” Then when I got my order, she only gave me half my drink in a grande cup then asked “is there something wrong?” …as if she didn’t know..Looked a little less the half but Anyway….
After seeing how unwilling she was to work with me, i ended up calling Starbucks corporation. I found out that Barnes and noble Starbucks are licensed to sell Starbucks products but they aren’t Starbucks. The lady I spoke to told me that “ in an actual Starbucks, there should be no problem for them to fill up your cup since your paying for the drink and for that extra soy but maybe the reason why they only gave you half was because the drink policy is different from an actual Starbucks.”
The next day, I talked to the store managers about this and she did confirm that it’s indeed policy and there’s nothing she can do about it. They have measurements and they go by that. So Apparently Barnes and noble Starbucks can only give you half of your drink if you ask for ice on the side while charging you full price. The only thing that doesn’t make sense to me is what If the customer asks for light ice? Or even just no ice at all? You still only going to give half of the drink and charge them full price? Also ice is usually free no matter where you go, so how doesn’t it make sense to still only fill the cup half way? I’d understand charging like 50 cents extra for an extra cup though . Also why wasn’t it ever offered to me to be charged extra for extra extra soy milk? You already charged .80 cents extra for soy but if your policy won’t allow to fill the cup without the ice, then I’m sure money will make your policy bendable. Offer it but don’t just hand me a barely half cup of matcha and then pretend like you don’t know why I’m upset. Because if I’m going to be charged full price for half the drink, I could probably just buy a to-go in a can or glass container that sells and be happy…or better yet start making the drinks at hom for way less and be happy. I used to come to this particular Barnes and noble for the experience but that manager has made it less than pleasant.
But anyway, I simply don’t agree with their policy and therefore will not be purchasing there drinks. If the manager wants to risk loosing regulars over 2 inch extra of soy milk, then I guess that’s how she does business.
thank you for your service nonetheless. I hope that ginger fellow is doing alright though! I think his name was Josh? Not sure. He’s literally part of the reason I enjoyed coming to this Starbucks cafe. Always respectful and attentive even under pressure and he had no problem filling my cup even with the side ice. I hope you get a raise soon!!

A decent selection of books, though I wish Barnes&Noble carried a greater variety of social science books, perhaps from Verso and from Haymarket.
