“Kelly did a construction loan for us and my wife and I were extremely satisfied. Email, text or call whatever your preference i think the longest response time was an hour. Everything was taken care of quickly. This was so much easier than my first mortgage.My review was somewhat delayed as a construction loan is dependent on 'draws' by the contractor that are taken at phases of the build. I wanted to make sure the draw process went well before reviewing. There was no problem at all. An independent inspector came out, and a quick email to the fund manager (which was a third party) approved the draw request in 1 business day. Construction was not delayed at all!5/5 stars for timeliness, knowledge, personality and professionalism. I have NO complaints. Would recommend him without reservation.”

“This is the best bank I have ever done business with. Before I moved to Colorado I saw an encouraging Bible verse on the electronic sign in front of the bank. I was intrigued and stopped in and checked the bank out. I opened accounts at the bank for personal, savings, business and an HSA back in 2003 and have received the best personal service I could imagine. “I absolutely loved working at Bank of Colorado! My direct manager, Kelsey Vise, was an incredible leader. Despite her young age, she runs the branch like a pro, balancing authority with kindness and compassion. Kelsey is approachable, caring, and always willing to help with anything you need. She truly knows her job inside and out, and you can count on her for guidance at any time.
Her assistant manager, Angie, was also fantastic! She was a thoughtful trainer who took the time to ensure you were trained properly and thoroughly. Dan Nordberg, the president of the Colorado Springs locations, is another standout leader. He consistently showed his appreciation for the team, often treating us to coffee or lunch.
Bank of Colorado goes above and beyond to support the community (and employees), regularly participating in events—whether it’s helping animal rescues or supporting fallen firefighters. Renee Dyer is another wonderful manager who takes the time to get to know her customers and goes out of her way to assist them.
The team at the Murray branch felt like family, especially Savanna! As did those at the downtown Tejon branch. I only left due to personal reasons, but Bank of Colorado is truly a fantastic place to work, learn, and build a career in banking. The training they provide is top-notch, and the support you receive is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more!”

“Elizabeth at platte is the bomb dot com! After my work had an issue with their direct deposit and for a cycle I got a paper checks drawn off academy for payroll. My own bank wouldn’t cash them even though it was from the same place as the DD. I went to the platte academy and Liz cashed my entire check no problem (it’s drawn on academy but she was still super helpful and understanding! I’ll be back to open an account very soon.”

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been directed by another small business owner to April O'Neil, VP of Senior Relationship Management, who showed me a level of promptness, professionalism, kindness, and care that I've so rarely experienced. I had found out late about the last round of PPP opening up and had less than a week to get everything submitted, but April made sure it happened, even assisting me in her off hours and weekends, which I certainly did not expect. “I was so upset when Peoples closed or switched to Community. I'd been banking there for over 20 years!! Community associates are far much more kind and helpful! Having my identity stolen and my bank account being the thieves top priority put me in constant terror and fear. The manager at the Tejon location SAVED my $ and my sanity! I was a wreck until she reached out to and proceeded to help. She quickly made it so they could no longer access my account and, because of her, I got back what they tried to get away with and ended up not losing any of my money - bless her heart! I'd be in a world of hurt without her. It's been a couple months now and it was by total surprise she reached out today to see if things were still ok!
