I absolutely loved working at Bank of Colorado! My direct manager, Kelsey Vise, was an incredible leader. Despite her young age, she runs the branch like a pro, balancing authority with kindness and compassion. Kelsey is approachable, caring, and always willing to help with anything you need. She truly knows her job inside and out, and you can count on her for guidance at any time.
Her assistant manager, Angie, was also fantastic! She was a thoughtful trainer who took the time to ensure you were trained properly and thoroughly. Dan Nordberg, the president of the Colorado Springs locations, is another standout leader. He consistently showed his appreciation for the team, often treating us to coffee or lunch.
Bank of Colorado goes above and beyond to support the community (and employees), regularly participating in events—whether it’s helping animal rescues or supporting fallen firefighters. Renee Dyer is another wonderful manager who takes the time to get to know her customers and goes out of her way to assist them.
The team at the Murray branch felt like family, especially Savanna! As did those at the downtown Tejon branch. I only left due to personal reasons, but Bank of Colorado is truly a fantastic place to work, learn, and build a career in banking. The training they provide is top-notch, and the support you receive is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I've been with this bank since 2010. It's the only bank I've ever been with. I've never had a single problem. Their app could be better though.

Kelsey our business banker is amazing. She always provides the best customer service experience. I have also been a banker for multiple financial institutions. I understand the challenge of providing superior customer service while maintain banking policies. Kelsey does it perfectly. Thank you.

I really enjoy the services of this bank, it’s rare to get employees that go above and beyond for customers now days. Renee has been welcoming influence in my decision to keep my accounts with this bank, she should be an example for everyone on how you truly help customers. 5 stars well deserved!!

I had such a lovely time! Usually going to the bank is boring and a hassle but Tommy, Savannah, and Kelsey made my experience absolutely amazing. I had trouble at ent (they acted like I was bothering them) so I would highly recommend this place!!! 10/10 best bank in the springs!

This location is great! Each time i go everyone is super friendly and willing to help. I’m never waiting long and my trips here are super fast. Tommy was very knowledgable and quick to help. Definitely recommend this place!
