Me and my sister walked in the shop looking around for some clothes and were complimenting how cute all the stuff was. I shortly realized how rude the employees were when they told us we couldn’t try on any clothes because we would simply take photos in them and then just leave. Also not to mention the fact we are 16 and they simply just assumed we would not have the money for their “nice clothes”.

Horrible customer service and very rude. Because me and my sister were teenagers they automatically assumed we did not have the money to buy anything even though we were genuinely interested in some shirts they had. We saw a dress and I said hey do you want to try on some dresses and the lady rudely told me that we couldn’t try on stuff for “fun” and they didn’t allow it. The man also told us that they didn’t want us to ruin their clothes to take photos like he knew we would. Do not go here. They are rude and ageist.

Don't bother patronizing this business unless you are 40 and over or don't mind being talked down to. My 16 yr old daughter was interested in purchasing a pair of jeans with her money but was told she can't try them on bc she's not considered a real customer. Wow, how are they still in business?

Got new bags to replace my old ones here at Bang Bang. I've been looking forever, and these bags (Unknown Designer) fit all my things and have more space and better storage for me. The travel case has duffle, backpack, and satchel/ suitcase options, and I got a matching body sling. My travelling has gotten so much easier. The owners are great and keeps up with fashion. I gotten luxury trendy shirts too. Couldn't help myself.

I love this little shop. The owners have always been helpful and nice. The clothes there are unique, cute, are of good quality, and reasonably priced. Glad after all these years they’re still around!

Went to this place by consequences. And I had the MOST AMAZING experience there. Traveling from Denver to Springs to kill time before traffic dies down. When I walked in, got greeted by a wonderful lady that was kind and sweet to offer if I would like to try any of the clothes on with different sizes as I asked during shopping. Had small great conversations also really made my day!!! I have always loved Colorado Springs and I enjoy spending my money to support the local since now a day everything could be bought online. Bought a few things after trying them on. And also another gentleman kindly checked on my offers to a strap on the purse that I'm interested in buying. Really gave the great service! Lastly, I was not expecting anything but after spending a few hundreds, the lady gave me a pretty necklace for appreciation. By paying my bills, the gentleman offered me a large tote bag instead of a regular paper shopping bag since I didn't carry anything on me to put my items in. He gave it to me kindly and said keep this in your car, since now we know the Colorado charges to have $.010 a plastic bag lol. P.S their items are unique and quality. It really caught my eyes when I walked in not expecting to even buy anything. For all these great quality they had, I was very happy with what I got and be treated. Out of appreciation I offered them I would write a great review for them. And here I am, i understand there's people have different opinions, this store is also located in downtown. I do not feel like it's a bad idea for businesses owner to watch out for their store of safety and stolen if that could happen even by a chance of a busy day with people go by. I highly support them but in a respectful way as much as of all others if they have no intention of stealing. Very sweet and warmth welcoming! Will definitely visiting again!!!

We have shopped here several times in the past. However, after today, I'd recommend locals and tourists to stay far away from this place. We are locals that shop locally for most things, from clothing to food. Today we ventured into Bang Bang where I was met by Athan Loukakis the owner, we exchanged small talk then Athan brought 2 different dresses for my wife, neither were her style so she place them both on a rack. Upon looking through the store for another 10 to 15 minutes, we left without buying anything. My wife and I then visited the art gallery and paint with a twist. Upon walking out of paint with a twist, Athan is yelling down the street. Hey, hey, where did you put that dress. I told him I watched my wife put that dress on the rack, and we even showed him where we put it. He still accused us of stealing the dress as he told us he had 5. I then asked to see his video cameras and stock quantitie reports. Athan then tells me that none of the cameras in the store work. This is when Athan started becoming apologetic and offered us the dress for free. I stepped outside and called the Colorado Springs Police Department. Due to a traffic accident that cause I25 south to close, CSPD told us they couldn't send an officer. However, we could file a report in person, which we set up to do on Monday.As a 21-year veteran and a local that supports local businesses, I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Threatening people they stole from you and then trying to get them to pay for items they never stole might work on tourists. However, it won't work on locals. Google nor the BBB won't be my last stop. Athan and Paula Loukakis, this is 2023. Get working cameras if you plan on accusing people of stealing. You wasted an hour and a half of my life then wanted to give me the dress for free.I will update this as this story unfolds over the next week. I also learned that Athan enjoys bullying his other local business owners. His property manager and I will be speaking on Monday.

They are scammers and accuse you of stealing their merchandise, in hopes of bullying you into paying them out of fear.If they do this, call the cops yourself and see how quickly they change their tune.Absolutely appalling behavior from both owners. Needless to say, that I definitely will not be returning.

They’re super helpful here. If you just ask them to bring you things to try on, they totally will. I always walk out of there with cute stuff.
