I always come here for wipers/battery/headlights, etc. So helpful- had kids in car with me, and they came out to diagnose which headlight it needed & installed it for me, and refused a tip. So kind and knowledgeable.

I just want to thank Dwayne and the manager (I am spacing out on his name) at the 8th Street location for really wonderful and caring service this Memorial Day 2024. I needed a new cabin battery for my RV and both were SO caring and helpful. I could not be happier. I think this attitude begins with the marvelous manager and works through the staff. This is typical of my visits at this location since 2015 and why I keep coming back. This is the way to run a business!

The store manager was in the store working and helping out. He helped me find the battery I needed when Ford wanted to charge me $260. He even INSTALLED my battery himself. So kind and efficient. I really appreciate his help.

They had what we needed, and the service was fast and knowledgeable, so it was a very good experience. Auto zone seems more consistent than most auto parts stores and most ofvthe time the service is better. We were pleased it was not a complicated process we didn't have to get frustrated and we were ablecto getvwhat we came for and move on without any big issues so we were happy with the choice to go there
