Visiting here from AZ and house-sitting for my daughter who is in Ireland with my wife. Went to start the car to drive my granddaughter to school, dead battery. Called Ken who said to bring it over after neighbor got it started with jumper cables. Drove it in, Ken tested battery, was dead. Replaced with new one. Appreciated the service and would highly recommend going to see Ken for any automotive needs!!

If I ordered parts from online services. There's a wait for delivery in most cases. Occasionally next day. Generally from AutoZone, same day, or try another location. They normally have my back.

Nick and Jessica (the closing manager), are the kindest people. I am not great with knowing about vehicles AT ALL I asked about Recharging my car AC and they went above and beyond my need for help. This was the friendliest AutoZone and such an amazing help. Seriously so grateful and this AutoZone should be the golden standard of all other AutoZone stores

I had an amazing experience in this store. Frost went above and beyond; showed empathy, understanding and listened to understand the actual problem. They went above and beyond in treating me as an equal individual not a ‘less than capable’ female customer. I greatly appreciate gender and neurodivergent affirming businesses as they promote a culture of community where everyone has a place with their own unique strengths- as a customer I will always support spaces where I am accepted as I am and am beyond grateful for Frost Rose’s assistance.
