Very poor customer service and questionable ethics. I took a car in on a 30-day limited warranty that had an alignment and potential wheel bearing issues. I was told no techs could recreate the sound in my complaint (odd, considering several passengers have heard and experienced it).
I was told to come pick it up. To this point, I was amicable; upon arriving at the garage, I was told my warranty would not cover the diagnostic, and that I had to pay. At this point, admittedly, I grew irate, and was told I was out of luck. After leaving, I contacted my dealership, who put me in touch with Silverrock, who assured me that my diagnostic was most definitely covered, and that the garage was incorrect. When I called to ask what could be done to rectify the situation, the unprofessional and surly manager informed me that he has no interest in helping me or correcting his mistake. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop.

We are going in a very long trip and we took our motor home in to get brakes and fluids and anything else checked out. No one tried to sell us on repairs we didn't need. They told us we were "good to go".
We have been going there for oil changes which are expensive on this Sprinter chassis. Auto tech is very economical with what they charge and always do a great job. We haven't had to have repairs done yet but if this is their level of integrity on a routine basis I would trust them with other things also.

I was charged over 700 dollars for them to put in a starter, that took them only ten minutes to replace. They charged 300 dollars, for a part that costs at most 100 dollars!!! I left message with about reimbursement, and never returned my call. I've been told by multiple shops that I was overcharged, and to write them a demand letter for reimbursement. Be aware of this place, and overcharging customers. I had to leave another message, more stern this time. They have 48 hours to contact me, or I will have to take my time to write a letter and send certified asking for my rightful reimbursement. I will take them to court if I have to. Not the first time I've had to file a winning suit. Places like this need to learn that greed does not work, ever.....

They are amazing & very honest! They accidentally dropped one of my brake pads while changing my rotors. Replaced my pads for free! Thanks again!!

Shawn and the crew were fantastic. Took my truck in for an oil change. He said we needed a radiator and would take all day to fix. We had work done a few weeks ago and they had installed a new radiator. I called them they talked with Mark. Dave at Body by Two Sweet in Buena Vista, worked with Shawn and took care of the entire cost. We dropped off the defective radiator on Buena Vista. Shawn said it would take all day. Had to uber my husband t
o eye doctor. Shawn called at 1:00 said the truck was finished. We were all done and back on the road to Buena Vista. Can't thank Shawn and the crew at Auto Tech on E Platte enough. They saved the day!!

Saved me a lot of money. I had an oil pressure solenoid issue that would have cost $1000 to replace and they were able to trace it to a shorted wire. They ended up fixing the issue for less than $200. I have been using them for two years for oil changes and mechanic work and they are outstanding. Also, they warranty their work.

Raven was so knowledgeable and helpful when I brought my truck in. They had me in and out of the shop in no time! Extremely friendly and was happy to help me with what I needed! I highly recommend this shop and Raven! They did an amazing job and as a single female it's hard to find a good shop you can trust. This one you can..hands down!! The work on my truck was absolutely worth the price I paid!

I had a great experience getting my car fixed at Auto Tech Plaza. The staff was friendly and professional, and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were done quickly and at a fair price. My car was vibrating while breaking, so I brought it here, and they replaced the rotors and said everything was good. A week later and my car is vibrating worse than it was before bringing it in. I've left 2 voicemails, hoping they could take another look, but no one has called me back. Due to the poor customer service and apparently making my car worse than it was before they had it, I cannot recommend this place. I'm pretty disappointed, because they seemed great at first.
