Won't go back.
First time in.
They did 1 x-ray for $400. Told me my dog had to have major surgery. Gave me some lists. The vet tech and front desk were very kind. They quoted me a 700 half day stay that "may or may not help." No blood work, no stool sample, no urinalysis.
I called the surgery place they recommended. They quoted me $5 thousand - $7 thousand for exploratory surgery on her intestines.
I had to call humane society and surrender my baby for her to get the care I was told she needed. Humane society found nothing. She's been fine ever since. They let me pick her up 2 days later with a 1000 bill on a payment plan. 2 days of worry, heartbreak, and she didn't need the surgery. That 1000 covered shots, spay, and exploratory surgery.

Had our 2 year old Rottweiler spayed and the staff is wonderful, answered all of our questions and called the next day to check on her!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Dorsett. Friday October 4th. We came in with our reactive German shepherd who can be considered “aggressive”. ( we knew this before arriving) They took all the necessary precautions with assuring us and our dog. They were so patient and kind when getting to know our dog so he would be confident and comfortable with them working on him. Dr Dorsett was thorough and took her time with us. She explained all of our options clearly and helped us set up a game plan for our pup. I have 5 animals and used to work in the vet industry and I have never been treated with so much respect by all of the staff. Prices were phenomenal as well. Thank you ALL so much. But especially Dr. Dorsett! We will be back!

Dr. Benn and her staff took great care of my Oliver and made sure he got lots of treats and attention during his annual exam. They gave him plenty of comfort and praise during his shots and blood draw and answered all of my questions.

They have been my vet clinic since I moved to Colorado Springs 8 years ago, and they have been consistently good and kind with us the whole time.
Even when j have been "that pet parent" that worried about everything.
My husky is over 13 years old and they offer her care she needs to stay moving and healthy. Many thanks guys!

Benson being a rescue and a huge pitty is always a challenge with shots and physicals. The vet who name just slips past my mind...the mountain biker! She was amazing and patient with Benson.

Austin bluffs animal clinic is by far the most understanding group of people that do truly care about our most beloved! Truly the entire team came through for me and Misty Poo. Had limited funds, and after miscommunication on my part they still got me in same day as a new client. I am limited to my ability’s, yet the whole crew didn’t judge me , didn’t judge my dogs nails ( my main priority along with shots ), they were kind, understanding, and knew how to deal with mental illness ?️??. I went from feeling like an absolute failure and convinced myself that I would never inconvenience their establishment, with my lack of preparedness. By the time I left my entire day changed and was so grateful I was able to help the most important entity in my life that day. Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic will have my support and business for life after the way they treated me and my Misty ❤️. Thank you all, truly you all helped me keep faith in humanity ?️?️?️! My 10 + year old Shih Tzu loves them and when he gets shots well, Not so much.
He has been going to Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic for all of his life.
I trust them with my baby boy, I get pleanty of positive feed back and any concerns they may have about his health and well being.
