Was told new phone would cost me approximately $8 a month. I got a text saying my phone bill would increase over $80 dollars a month. I canceled my order. Misrepresented the cost of the phone.

I have established service with this company as a provider. I have tried multiple times to turn on our old devices but I never receive my box or labels to turn them in. Due to this I'm paying a ridiculously high bill.i cannot return them in store due to some time limit. I've contacted customer service per their instruction but they continue to say they are sorry and will send what I need to return my old devices but all I receive are empty promises... it should not be so hard to return my devices. I feel scammed being stuck with an unaffordable bill. I'm paying over $300 for only 3 devices. It's been months I have tried now save the hassle pay the over priced Verizon prices it least they will give customer service

Don’t trust anyone at this location they will straight up lie to you make additions and changes to your plan that you can’t reverse I Went into upgrade my phone for 25 bucks extra a month and my bill increased $120 even after three months of all the promotions and everything working their way through and at that point there was nothing I could do.

They were misleading when they sold me an iPhone that the charger “goes with it”. But the charger they sold me was a Chinese imitation that broke within the first two weeks. To sell us those instead of the actual ones really shows that they have the mentality to rip people off with junk instead of caring about their ethical reputation.

I worked with John at the AT&T store and ZIP Code 80922, he was extremely pleasant and professional and did an excellent job helping me transfer Data from a very old iPhone to a new iPhone is a pleasure to work with an excellent customer service representative highly recommend this store ask for Joh!

On December 23, I was in this place since I have been a customer for several years and I had doubts about my service. I tried to speak with a representative whose name is DJ, who treated me in a very despotic and rude manner that I did not like. feel very uncomfortable, I think this guy doesn't have very good customer service, not all of them are good salespeople, nor do they know how to solve problems as small as mine. If this guy can't help customers because he's having a bad day, it's better that he not work. here

I went in for a phone upgrade. The whole process was very quick and everyone in the store was very attentive and helpful. I chose to trade in my phone while I was at the store which took a bit so Cory had to go to lunch so he asked the other store workers to check on me while he was gone. Overall everyone was very positive and helpful.

ATT at New Center Point: Colorado Springs, CO.AJ was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the product set. AJ addressed all of my questions and made sure that I was informed about all of the options available to me and all of the cost options. Great customer care. Very satisfied with my new phone.

If I could give a -5 I would terrible service from manager of store I’ve been customer 10 years. Sad the people they give a place to represent a business. Daniel the manager needs to work at Burger King flipping fries !
