Hip Hip Hooray for Marshall! Getting billing matters and someone to listen took multiple phone calls to customer service, a visit to the Salida store on 2 occasions and too many phone attempts to the Briargate store than I care to count. We live out of town and happened to be Downtown Colorado Springs and thought we would ask for help again. Marshall listened, ask good questions and set out to assist us. Multiple matters regarding lines, plan changes, refunds and suggestions were all handled in one visit. Thanks to Marshall we have continued to be pleased AT&T customer.

I came in almost 2 hours after the posted opening hours to find that no phones had been put out for display. The guy was honest and said he was a little late so he didn't have time to put out the phones. That's fine I guess, but after 2 hours you'd think he'd be set up. With nothing to look at Im not going to buy anything. Don't think I'll be returning to this location anyways.

Amazing customer service. Employee’s know what their talking about and help to the best of their ability. I'm very satisfied with the experience as a whole. I am especially impressed with the professionalism of their manager. 10 / 10 would recommend to my friends and yours!

Israel was super helpful and upfront/honest. Even when they didn't have the color phone I wanted in stock, he let me know which store in town had it - even at the expense of his own commission. He also took extra time with an older customer that came in and had some questions that had nothing to do with a sale. Just a nice guy, really appreciated the customer service!

This is an overall great store! The representative are very and informative and always gave useful tips everytime I've came in! The quickest and easiest experience with a cell phone store! Great job!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have never left a review in my life but I feel compelled because of the way I was cheated and lied to by this store, which by the way is a franchise and not a corporate store. So if you have a problem with them it makes it more complicated to try and fix it.I went into this store to see if I could upgrade my watch and phone. I was told I could and that it would only add $35 to my phone bill a month. My phone bill is now consistently $270 more expensive. I am one single person on this phone bill paying $400 a month and it’s because this store added lines and didn’t cancel old lines just to make a sale. I now have to fight with AT&T and can’t change phone providers unless I pay $3,000.This store is greedy for sales and will eff with you just to make them!

I was in the store 50min and used the store phone by myself to call customer support and was on the phone for 45min. Employee was helping people for the first 20min then did nothing for the next 25min to help me despite multiple attempts on my part to ask him to. Store was also extremely messy with trash on all tables

Wonderful experience. Israel made sure I left feeling taking care off while making sure I also got the most out of my AT&T service. Instead of just getting a phone I got a phone watch tablet and all of my accessories for an affordable price each month. And on top of that the manager Tyler helped find a discount for where I work to get even more money off my bill! This is the store to go to. 10/10 recommend

A carrier that takes technology and locks it to only within their own subscribers and only in certain phones. So you can't send a Rich Communication standards message from an AT&T Samsung to a Verizon Pixel. Don’t think they won’t throttle 5G modems on older phones either.
