I took my RV there for minor damage. The male owner was pleasant and promised to do the work. His wife, who is the store manager is vindictive and did everything she could to not provide even a semblance of customer service. They took my RV apart, lied to me that they couldn't find the parts and then charged me for them taking the RV apart. I had to take it home in pieces as they didn't put it back together for me. Horrible company. I don't know how these people are still in business. DON'T GO THERE!

This company is unethical and incompetent. I brought my truck to ADK in July 2023. Tom Ereon at ADK assured me they could find the parts for my 20-year-old Chevy. On October 20, 2023, I called to find out where they were for the repair. It had been four months. Amy (not sure what her position is) told me that they couldn't fix my truck because once they got into the truck front end, they found more damage that they couldn't repair. This was their first excuse/lie. When I got there to pick up my RV, Tom Ereon told me they couldn't fix it because they couldn't find a bumper. Hum, I thought you said it was additional damage. Then he told me they couldn't fix it because they couldn't find side panels. Only one side panel needed to be replaced. All these excuses were lies. As a novice, I made a few phone calls and was able to find all the correct parts in a matter of 7 days. In my quest to find parts I met the owner of Harris Used Auto Parts, literally minutes from ADK Collision. Mr. Harris told me that mid-September ADK Collision had ordered all the parts from them, but they never called Harris Used Auto Parts back to buy the parts and the parts were sold to someone else. When I heard this, I was very upset. They had my truck for 4 months! Finally, when I went to pick up my truck, they had disassembled the whole front end. They took my truck apart, didn't reassemble it and now won't let take my truck until I pay them for disassembling it. I was again extremely upset, but they had me by the "balls" so I had to pay them. They scammed me out of 596 dollars. They knew they didn't have all the parts to fix the truck. They didn't even have the most critical piece--the bumper! They did this to extort money from me. So unethical and incompetent. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I've filed complaints with the state and governmental fraud agencies to investigate this business. I'm sure I'm not the first one to get scammed by Amy and Tom.

Did a very nice job repairing my travel trailer. Readily fixed a minor problem that cropped up afterward, and also fixed a failed seal that was unrelated to the original repair. Good people doing good work at ATR.
