Worst customer service ever!My husband and I have been to this location twice in the last 3 weeks and will never return. Unless you are just buying a phone, they will not lift a finger to help.The first visit, my husband needed help with an insurance claim to replace his Galaxy S22 Ultra, the unhelpful Mr.Neck beard employee on the other side of the counter (who wanted nothing to do with me as the main account holder)ordered my husband a Galaxy S21 as his replacement. We had to go through the insurance company receive the correct phone while asking ourselves, who downgrades someone's cellphone like that? No one!Also during this visit. Not knowing how much we owed on my husband's S22's installment plan, we were questioning about paying it off completely and Mr.Neckbeard couldn't be bothered to look up the current cost, or be bothered to pull up our account information. I handed my ID at the start of this appointment, and he didn't even want to touch it. I had to awkwardly take it back myself like I was in the wrong for even giving it to him.The second visit was way worse. (12/2) We were only met with blank stares and shrugs by all 3 unoccupied employees as we were explaining we were frustrated with our phone bill and services. No one even glanced at their tablets to pull up our information. They just sat there and literally stared at us as we voiced our concerns that my husband's Galaxy watch's sim card had not been activated since we got it as a new product last month from another location. Also, our bill is over 400$ and wanted to discuss ways to cut it down, but again met with silence and sarcastic scoffs that made us feel unimportant.My husband asked, "Are you going to say, or do anything??"Mr. Neckbeard and accosiates shrugged in response.My husband asks, "What do you guys ACTUALLY do then??"Mr. Neckbeard responded with, and I quote, "We sell phones."And that's about all you'll get from them. Unless you are buying a phone. The 3 men who currently work there have no interest in actually helping you.

By the numbers, attentive staff that was amiable a and helpfully. Answering all my questions without pause. I ended up getting a new Z fold 5, a case, screen protector and a charging cable/ power block. The longest part was transferring my data. These guys were great. I will definitely come. back.

Went to get a phone with my husband. Only one guy working there and he was pretty sexist. Whenever I asked a question about the phone plan he only looked at my husband to answer and never took me seriously. He also kept suggesting a phone we clearly stated we did not want and then suggested we should trade through apple instead of atnt. Bad customer service and sales.

I hope I spelled that right… Michael told me he had recently taken over the store and was very helpful in getting me service with my phone and even with helping me get to work using the service 10/10 If he’s running the store I’m sure you’d be in good hands like I was??

Just went in to cancel my moms account because she has alzheimer's and can't use the phone anymore...At the other stores they said need a manager, here they say online only...Garabage customer service...

The sales staff is either dishonest or does not understand AT&T deals/plans. We ended up paying an additional $675 over three years than quoted to us in the store, taxes, and fees considered. Watch what value is placed on the phone(s) your trade-in. We were promised a higher price in the store than AT&T paid.This is a retail store not owned by AT&T. AT&T was not willing to help or make the issue right and referred us back to the store.We found better plans/pricing at T-Mobile. We are in the process of moving our family's phones as terms end with AT&T.
