At first everyone was very nice and concerned for our kitty, but later into the appointment the vets clearly started rushing to get us out for their next appointment. My cat was taken into the other room got blood tests, she was given back from the room with two slices in her legs and blood all over her legs and tummy. They told us 5 different things that could be wrong with my cats mouth and quoted us $4,000 to pull all of her teeth without knowing the issue at hand. We will be getting a second opinion and no longer coming back to Aspen View. Please start caring for your patients and not rushing through the day!

For the first time in 11 years with my dogs, Aspen made me want to tell friends/coworkers about my great experience with a vet. I absolutely LOVE the staff and the care my pets receive (along with the thorough explanations I receive as a pet dad)!

Professional, courteous, and caring -- can't say enough good things about Aspen View ... especially Dr Birkholz and the techs we dealt with. Took our new kitten to Aspen View for a neuter at the recommendation of our current vet who became unavailable to perform the operation. Received an appt within two weeks...was given a tour of the facility by Dr Birkholz during screening appt. Best of all, dropped off kitty at 0710 and was able to pick up at 1045. No wobblies or any side effects -- amazing!

Pricing is great and the facilities are clean. However, I will not be returning. I felt the staff lacked experience and more importantly, lacked confidence working with my dogs. After mentioning my dog had a previous history and fear of the vet, he was treated like a leper. His care was very impersonal and he did not even receive a full exam because neither the tech or the vet would get close to him. I’ve never seen anything like it. They tipped toed around him completely fearful like he was ready to pounce. He’s not aggressive, he’s scared.
This is a veterinary clinic, right?
I mentioned my dogs fear so that he would receive extra care and compassion, not so that he would be ostracized. He is a very special rescue and it has taken years to get him to be comfortable in a clinic. Any vet progress he’s made so far has now been completely obliterated. And we are back to ground zero. Awesome.

The staff at Aspen View have always been kind, very knowledgeable, and reliable. They always answer all my questions and handle both my pups with so much care. Honestly don’t think I’ll ever take them anywhere else!

I am so glad I found Aspen View Veterinary! I recently got a new puppy and the new puppy visit exceeded my expectations (which were already really high)! The staff is so friendly and they were obsessed with my puppy! They are kind and supportive and answer any and all questions. I know my new addition will be so well taken care of by the staff at Aspen View!

From the first phone call about Tiki being so gravely ill, to walking through the clinic doors the very next day we were treated with kindness, and attentiveness. Tiki was treated by Dr. Birkholz who was extremely kind. She ran some test and did some xrays. She explained everything to me that was necessary for the care of my baby. I am so thankful that we were referred to Aspen View Veterinary Hospital that terrible day and even more blessed by the staff and Dr. Birkholz.

I was able to call first thing at 7am on a Friday and get in for an emergency visit by 8am. Dr Mac has been extremely helpful while I navigate a tough medical issue with my pup and I appreciate her willingness to chat through all of my questions.

Great service. Dr Birkholz is the best vet. She is so knowledgeable and caring. She used to be our vet at a different location but moved to Aspen View. Now that our dogs are getting older and running into health issues, we are looking for the best care. So we decided to switch from our vet, where we had been customers for 12 years, to Dr Birkholz at Aspen View. We had our first visit last week and the staff there were very friendly. They were able to call the emergency vet and our previous vet to get all the records. They made the switch very easy. I highly recommend Aspen View.
