I love the on.tuesdays and Saturday . Got several great deals on things I wanted and needed. I have our new apartment so much nicer and sooner than I thought possible. Home is becoming home for real, and feels good. We have been blessed several times by finding sf we needed being on sale 6and prices we can handle.. I always am very happy shopping here

Prices too high. They look the items up online and price based on that. These are used items they get free. There should be standard pricing for like items. Poor management.

The prices in this store are way up today. $10 for a scratched Fiesta plate, $30 for an old quilt, $9.99 for used sweaters. I can buy a new sweater for $12.99. People should expect a 75% discount in these thrift stores, but that's not what's happening. You get this stuff for free. Makes me not want to donate anything here. I certainly didn't buy anything today, either. Next time I have things I no longer need, I'll put the stuff for free on Craigslist. I don't see how these prices contribute to the community in any way.

Just wanna say first of all, I have been shopping at thrift stores before I had children now I'm a Grandma of 8 And I cannot believe how much that the ARC thrift store is jacking up their prices. It's either The manager comes from somewhere where they have not shopped thrift stores and they are overpricing things or if they have, they have forgotten, where they've come from, very disappointed in the prices at the ARC Colorado Springs

I did “attempted” to do community service hours here. First day got sent home bc I didn’t have tennis shoes on (how was I supposed to know) next I get sent home in the summer bc I had shorts on. I came back the next day and an employee with cellulite and her butt hanging out was wearing much shorter shorts than me. Then I actually got kicked out bc I stepped outside and walked to Walgreens (which is in the same parking lot) to get tampons. Jane, Mo, and the person that I believe is a girl but wants to be a boy are all jealous and made it hell. And now I will be late turning in my hours. Also calling another manager so they could listen to the discussion we were having without my knowledge is in fact against the law. Thank you for letting me know you did that Jane. This place is horrible I never got 1 break, 1 lunch, nothing which is also again the law.

I come to this store often, but their cashiers/associates need to work on their attitudes. The white lady Shana at the register didn't even speak to me when I was checking out, she didn't fold up the one dress I purchased, she didn't offer a bag to me, she was just rude all the way around. She looked at me like she was looking down on me, I got the vibe she was probably prejudice. I'll shop again, but I would prefer to be checked out by someone less rude & less racist next time. Thanks Arc!
