“I was skeptical at first and just curious. When our washer went out, these folks were very friendly and helpful. They do ha e some new in-box appliances, which is what we decided on. Sure, there are some scratch and dent items, but they really aren't all that bad. When the new washer was discovered as hugely dented (below the packing materials), they replaced it. Special mention to Caitlin, the ops manager and Josh(?) For being so helpful. This store is definitely the right place for value and savings. (And don't we all need that right now?!). Thank you!”

“Me personally , I’ve never had an issue, if they didn’t have something they offered the next best thing until the other came in stock to replace it, when I’m behind on a payment as long as you communicate with them they are phenomenal, James and Angel are truly the best to work with, I’m a single mom so being able to purchase beautiful bedroom sets for my kids and a couch to make our lives comfortable and give them something comfy and amazing is truly phenomenal when i can’t afford paying it out right! I’ve never had an issue, they are great!”

“Ed did a super job of getting our old dryer out the narrow space and getting the new one in! Had to take off the door but not a fuss, totally professional and cheerful! Wonderful job! And installing a gas dryer is significantly more complex than installing an electric one! Very pleased with the whole process from walking into the store, chatting with Carlos, to final delivery. If we ever need another appliance, we’ll come here!”
