I ordered a part and they said it would take 2 days. Ii prepaid for the part. I waited a week and didn’t hear anything so I called. They said it was supposed to come from Denver and now it’s coming from Minnesota. I called two weeks later and they said that Fedex said they delivered but they don’t have it. He said let me call you right back. Waited all day and heard nothing. Then when I did call, no one would answer so I left a message. I called while at the business and he still wouldn’t answer. I went to the desk and asked for a refund. He had no explanation and I said I was disappointed with the communication and lack of concern. That was it and he could have cared less that I left disappointed. Wow. I’ve been shopping there for over 10 years and it doesn’t matter. Sad to say, good customer service is just gone.

Trust betrayed. So disappointed. You are my go-to spot for appliance parts. Well, you were. I came in for a dryer belt and idler pulley and ended up paying over $70 for the "repair set" because each part was $30 anyway. I should've done my homework because both items are closer to 10 bucks each, 15 max. In the past, I've paid a LITTLE more with you because I appreciate the availability and local business. But now, I have to go someplace else because I dont trust you. Disappointed.

The heating element on my oven went out Sunday afternoon, this was the only store open with actual parts on the shelves, their service was personal and professional, Miguel (I think that was his name) in the parts department was a real professional, found my part and had it to me in moments. Fair prices, professional, friendly, I will absolutely be returning whenever I need appliance parts!

Great store. Thomas was very knowledgeable. They are great if you need parts to fix something, used machine at good price, or something new. They are very honest about what products are good and what to avoid. Had a great experience working with them.
