Excellent, trustworthy business. We are a few states away in OK so there were some shipping logistic hurdles. At the end of the story, I have a beautiful, sleek Bosch fridge and met a business that keeps all promises.

We researched which Laundry machines we wanted. Appliance Factory had what we wanted. Tristan was knowledgeable, respectful and great to work with. December 2023. We went to other stores for other machines and finally settled on buying the Speed Queen. March 2024. Delivery went smooth, great technicians, washer works! We love the Speed Queen! So far, we are super happy with Appliance Factory, the staff, the delivery and the product is amazing! 2024March29.

Always a great experience buying appliances here. Used and new. When I know exactly what I want and when I needed their help to figure the best option. The workers are always pleasant and helpful. I never once felt pressured. I have bought from them 3 different times and I highly recommend checking them out. Very compatible prices.

We had a seamless purchase experience, in fact one of the least-painful appliance shopping trips ever. Unfortunately, due to no one's fault, the installation process went sideways. However, we have received a refund and are working on completing the transaction in a way that will be fair to everyone. Their staff has all been polite throughout the process.

We have purchased 3 items from Appliance Factory. All 3 items are wonderful. The sales people at the store were great. They listened to our needs and helped us find the appliance that fit us! The delivery and the delivery people were super - on time, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Installation was quick and professional. And they took care of our old appliances. When we need our next appliance- we will be heading to Appliance Factory.
