The crew that showed up seemed nice, but they completely screwed us over on what we were allowed to ship. We were told several times that we were given a 600lb limit, but they told us we only got three boxes. They even lied and said they confirmed that amount with their boss. Unfortunately when we verified the amount with the company ourselves, the crew had already left and our remaining items were packed with a different company. If i could give negative stars, I would.

Took advantage of a military family moving to Europe out of pure laziness. Violated their contract outlining specific weight limits and insisted the family repacks to less than 50lbs and only 3 boxes. Would NOT recommend for personal or contracted moves.

This is the worst place do not use them at all costs. They come to your house high and the your stuff is broken. The gm is nothing but a 20 some year old dike who still has a lot to learn in life. The position is too advanced for her which could be the reason for her irresponsible pot smoking team.

This place is terrible. Disorganized, rude. I will avoid coming here at all cost. They don’t take care of people’s belongings. I take pride as a driver and the customers belongings. My shipments will never come here if I can help it. 0 stars from me.

Worst company ever to pack you!!!!!! We are military and had our shipment scheduled to be packed up the 19-21 of June. The first day the packing company that Cartwright contracted out to pack us (Apaca) brought four crates and loaded all four crates just fine. The second and third days they came with a moving truck because they’re truck with the crates “broke down” and loaded down the moving truck to take our stuff to the warehouse and unload and load into crates. I was really worried about that because we didn’t see our stuff get packed into crates and sealed. I was right to be worried!!!! They mixed our stuff up with a guy that was PCSing to Hoenfels Germany. When we finally received our stuff, we received two crates full of his stuff and three of our crates were sent to Germany. It is now 10 September and we still don’t have our stuff. Every time I call Cartwright to get an update they tell me the same thing. They are waiting on answers from Germany and they have no control over the shipment coming back from there! I am getting frustrated because my daughter still doesn’t have her crib (she’s been sleeping in a pack n play that we had to buy) we are missing half of our kitchen items that we had to go out and buy new utensils and pots and pans. I still don’t have half of my clothes and I’m now expecting again and don’t have my maternity clothes!!! Those are EXPENSIVE to replace!!!! I have valuables that were given to me from my mother (who is no longer with us) that I can’t replace the meaning to! All of it could have been avoided had Apaca done a better job of paying attention!!! If you have a choice in the matter (we did not being military) ***DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Just had my household goods delivered today! The gentleman who was in charge of moving my goods was very nice, very helpful and respectful the whole time! The two young men with him were very nice as well! They were really fast and prompt and very careful with my things.I keep seeing a lot of bad reviews, but as long as y’all get these three gentlemen,y’all will have very good service! 10/10

A complete disaster of a company.
Apaca was contracted to do my mil move from New Mexico to Colorado. I already had a place to move into in Colorado and I confirmed the delivery date and address for my HHG with Apaca on several occasions. The scheduled delivery date came and went without any type of notification from the company. My HHG ended up sitting in New Mexico for nearly two weeks before they were shipped to Colorado and once my HHG arrived in Colorado, the company placed my items into storage without even notifying me. When I called Apaca to resolve the issue and to get my HHG delivered to my home, the company acknowledged their mistake but refused to do anything to fix the problem. I was forced to schedule a future delivery and went 45 days living in an empty place.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst packers ever! Do not use them if you love your things. I'm missing a lot of things! They took the stuff out of boxes and wrapped them up in paper with other people's name on it. Most of my things came in wrapped paper. Worst movers ever! So lazy! I will be filing a complaint.
