Lied about direct delivery, delivered items late, damaged multiple items and lost pieces for furniture. Customer service and shipping coordinators are abysmal. Would never use them or recommend them.

I can't speak for all if them but Allied Coleman Colorado is a company that i wouldn't recommend to anyone. I've moved a number of times in my life and these people are the most unprofessional, careless movers I've ever encountered. They damaged most of my furniture and what they didn't damage they lost completely. They didnt use bubble wrap or shrink wrap. They just threw a shipping blanket over the furniture which didn'tcompletely cover it. If you have anything if sentimental value, stay away from these people.

This was my very first time using a transport service and I was pretty skeptical. But Allied Van Lines was very impressive; from the first time I spoke with a customer service representative, going over the details of my contract, to the time the transport service arrived at my apartment; everything was AWESOME! My fears were alleviated by the great communication between me and my Move Coordinator Jake. When my Transport Driver Nick and his workers showed up friendly and ready to get to work. The arrival of my furniture at my next location, which was in another state was the great as well. My driver Nick and his workers showed up extra early ready to work, they were terrific as well nothing was broken or damaged. I would definitely recommend Allied Van Lines not only for the value, but also for the quality of work and communication I received. I am a big advocate of customer service and I believe that’s what I received from Allied Van Lines.

All I did a great job of packing and loading our stuff. Our stuff had to go into storage, as our new home was not ready yet. In fact. Our things had to go into two different storage facilities, and they were unfazed by that. The crew was respectful of how they packed and loaded our belongings onto the truck. I would definitely recommend them.

We have moved 5 times with interstate movers and this company is the worst. Grease on couches, gouges in kitchen table, lost the box that they "promised" would keep all out "parts" in 1 place, none of what sales rep said / committed was reality, massive dents on washer dryer (how does that happen), no person on the pick up end "in charge" the driver on the drop off end "does not like working for Coleman." Not to mention unreturned and simply ignoring questions I had in email to rep coordinator. This is a terrible company. I am not looking forward to the claim side.

Great scheduling and pre-inventory with David for a cross country move. Our contents arrived at the end of the scheduled delivery window, but these days just getting your things at all is a pleasant surprise.
Our disappointment came with Allied leaving key treadmill parts in their warehouse, which was a surprise as we paid a vendor to assemble it and realized they never delivered the parts! Meanwhile we received a box of someone else's baby clothes. It's been weeks with no resolution.
The management team denied our multiple requests for reimbursement for the cost we incurred of having the vendor come out to assemble the treadmill but could not due to Allied's error that they never disclosed. They had no idea they even lost the parts until we informed them. It's a terrible way to do business.
Meanwhile weeks later they still haven't made arrangements after weeks to pick up the box of baby clothes someone needs.
And this is not to mention the claim we still have to file for damaged furniture. I'm not expecting that to go well, either.
For a national mover, they really dropped the ball in making us Allied detractors after spending $9K with them with a disappointing result, no resolution on our
missing parts or integrity to step up and reimburse us for their error. I'd look for someone else before trusting Allied with your valuables.

I’ve done numerous moves (both domestic and international) and have used Allied on three occasions now. Unfortunately, this latest move with Allied was hands down the WORST moving experience I’ve ever had. Not only did staff not turn up when expected both at the origin and the destination (resulting several days that went very very late into the evening), the Allied team kept getting things wrong, pointed fingers at each other and their contractors for their mistakes, managed to damage multiple large appliances, damaged our new home, and were full of attitude when issues were raised. There was a small handful of good people, but the experience greatly upset both myself and my family. After spending over $25,000 for the worst moving experience of our lives, it’s safe to say we will never, ever use Allied again.

They lost hundreds of dollars worth of our belongings— one box, two larger items that were not in boxes. They supposedly have a “trace” going to find them so I’ll try to update this if they end up finding them or compensate us for them. Movers caused minor damage to the home we were moving out of. Communication as to the delivery timeline was sloppy and delayed. Our move coordinator was a bright spot seeking to be as helpful as she could be, and Allied was slightly more affordable than the other reputable moving services we considered, but the other issues during our experience unfortunately leave me saying that I would NOT recommend working with Allied.

Very professional, from the salesman who made the estimate, the move coordinator, the packers, the loafers, the unloaders and especially the driver.
