Steve and his crews (Emilio, Logan Nd Brian in Grand Jct) did a great job. Arrived early and worked hard and carefully. The unloading went smoothly as well. We appreciate all of the hard work.

Was told yesterday my things would be delivered between 11-1 so I take the time off of work to be ready for my things. It has been an hour and 10 mins and I was told they would be here a whole hour ago via phone call. Very upset with this moving company and if it weren't for military I wouldn't be using them again! They have pushed my whole entire day back.

Have me incorrect pick up and delivery dates. Never called the day before pick up or delivery. Forget several items in large semi and I had to go pick them up myself in my car.

This move was supposed to happen in one day. I was told that it would take two days because I had more than 5000 lbs. When I inquired about how other moving companies are able to move more than 5000 lbs in one day, I was told that they use more people. You would have had to hire more people and make less money to honor the contract as originally agreed upon. My shipment was 5,400 lbs. How much of that was packing material? These concerns will be relayed to JPPSO.

The estimator straight up lied to my face saying that Allied doesn't use outside contractors and wouldn't you know it they had contractors come out 10 hours late to pick up our stuff. It's been 1 week since we were supposed to receive our household goods and they can't find our stuff. The shipment tracking on their website lists our shipment location as N/A, and our move "coordinator" won't answer the phone and rarely answers emails.

I just read the previous reviews and suspect something has changed. We moved from Idaho and Baileys delivered the household goods into our house. We have a very steep driveway and the crew set upon the task of carrying all of our stuff down the drive to our house then negotiated the stairs to the first floor without complaint or delay. They were very courteous and each member of the team introduced themselves to us. They continued to work thru the rain which had us a bit concerned for their safety, they displayed great teamwork and no one got injured. When it came time to move our professional treadmill (very heavy) to the bottom floor they called in another team and with 8 people they got the job accomplished successfully. We were quite satisfied with the delivery of our household goods. The only issue we had is when we needed a week delay to prepare for their arrival it cost over a grand to have our goods sit in the trailer it came from Idaho in.
