Water leaked from washers all over the floor. Lost quarters in the dryer. The washing machine stopped five minutes into the wash. I called the help desk and was assured the maintenance person would contact me ---no call! Ugh.

One machine took our money and we haven't been able to get it back through the complaint box, email, and phone calls. At $4.50 we won't return
