Friendly shop with great knowledge of all vacuum types. Really liked that they had Miele and Sebo to try out. They offer yearly services and great prices. Highly recommend checking them out.

New customer, referral. Immediately greeted, immediately worked on my old vacuum needing repair. Shown better and more reliable vacuums that don’t need frequent replacing. Got a real nice German brand with excellent reviews, just like this store. Threw in extra bags and a deep discount. Very friendly employees/owners. Incredible customer service. Took my 20+ year old Miele in for service, knowing it was more likely I’d have to buy a new vacuum because parts wouldn’t be available. Cody gave me a fantastic trade in and deal on a new Sebo e3. There was no strong upsell and I felt the team was being very honest with me about quality plus I had already researched some alternative quality brands that could potentially go the next 10-20 years. The Sebo 10yr warranty sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend Cody and the team at all-discount.

What a great place! Very knowledgeable- helped me with choosing a vacuum and I was so pleased with that experience that I went back for a carpet cleaner. Again I was pleased with the help in making the decision.

I had an old Bernina serger that was making horrible noises, and my Bernina sewing machine from about 1987 quit working, I seemed to have used up the motor :-). The serger was cleaned and all was working fine again. However, the motor of the sewing machine needed to be replaced, or I needed to buy a new machine. I loved my mechanical Bernina, so they searched and were able to find a motor. Even though it took a while to find it they persevered and I now have both machines back and working beautifully. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent.

They are professional and quick. They do charge an $80 flat rate for any work done. At Nelson’s Vacuum Repair they diagnose and call you to let you know how much it will be to fix and then you can decide. I prefer Nelson’s, but if you need something right away and don’t mind spending a few dollars, then this is the place to go.

Very professional and helpful. Bought my vacuum cleaner from them a few years ago and have since moved out of state. There are no Riccar dealers near me and they are kind enough to ship me what I need such as bags, belts, filters. Great customer service!
