I used Alamo at Colorado Springs Airport. It was an easy check-out and especially check-in--everyone was friendly and professional. I was given a choice of 3 different vehicles--I really appreciated that!

We picked up our vehicle quickly and efficiently, and Steven Pearce was very friendly and helpful. The entire process was very easy. The vehicle was in great condition and worked very well for our needs. When we returned the vehicle, Dalton was quick to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed. He was professional and friendly. It was a great car rental experience.

Having to take a uber all the way over here and not been able to rent a car with a reservation is very disappointing. And they are very unhelpful.if I could give 0 stars i would. Never again

Alamo Customer Service is top-notch in Colorado Springs!! Upon returning my car to the airport, Nancy Quichocho assisted me. She is as wonderful and professional as they come! I cannot say enough how lucky Alamo is to have her as an employee! They took amazing care of me - be sure to rent from Alamo!!!!

The rental was easy and bringing it back was even easier. The man came out of the shop to greet us and get our keys. Said he would take care of it. Great job

The email we received said the total price of the car would be $288.00. When we arrived we were charged $376.71 supposedly due to taxes and fees. Total to me means total with taxes and fees. We also reserved an intermediate car such as a Hyundai and were given a Dodge Charger which drove like a tank and had no windshield washer fluid.

Upon our arrival on April 3rd, we made our way towards the Alamo counter, where Steven Pearce was ready to take care of us. He was cordial and very professional. We were very impressed with the vehicle we were given. The attention to detail gets 2 thumbs up from us. The gentleman to whom we return the car keys to upon our departure escapes my mind, but he was there on April 7th at 1030am. He, too, was very cordial and professional. Our highest praise to these 2 Alamo employees! I will choose Alamo on our next trip within the 48 states.

The staff at Alamo in Colorado Springs airport, or the absolute best both from the beginning at the counter at the airport to the end when I was dropping off the vehicle. They were kind they were professional and we’re always willing to serve with a smile. God bless all of you, and when I’m back, I will use Alamo again!
