We have been banking with Academy Bank for 20 years and my father in law longer than that. The tellers and Managers have always been professional, courteous, and very helpful. We highly recommend banking with Academy Bank!

Went into this location to deposit a check. The teller made me feel like I was a criminal because of the amount of the check. I almost closed all 3 of my accounts with academy bank. However Went to Platte and the took great care of me. Then I went to Tejon and again great service. I will not use the services at razorback again if I have to deal with that teller. To Platte and Tejon. Great job!

The manager Michelle is a breath of fresh air always smiling and very knowledgeable. It's nice to see same faces, they seemed to enjoy working together. The two gentlemen are always helpful as well.

Used to be the most convenient bank in the area. Now they are the worst. They close early, no more Sat hours. No more video teller Sat hours. The customer service bank is no longer customer service oriented. How sad. I have been with this bank for decades.I should have to leave work to access a live person. Since that is the case, I will be losing money for lost hours.

6 phone calls, 9 transfers, 3 call backs to me that didn't happen, 6 days to get a check on my matured CD. Boiled down to they needed me to sign a release paper. $200K in money held by Academy for 6 days because they couldn't figure out that they needed a release paper signed. What a run around...good thing I didn't need the money!

This institution far exceeds my banking needs, specifically during these uncertain fiscally trying times. The staff and leadership are highly knowledgeable, efficient,compassionate, and are excellent representatives of this bank! The direction, and continual guidance provided by Mrs. Dahl is extremely relevant. I am inspired by the staffs positive attitude, particularly when they prefomed( the YMCA dance!) which they customers really enjoyed! Thank you for allowing me to bank at this stellar institution!
