Rick is super rude and they are a rip off all my stuff will go to rent a center way better dealsAnd better customer service. People at Aron’s where what they want and some guy that stinks like smokes and where gross cloths and a Dallas hat. The manager is a jerk and very snobbyPoint is dont come here they only have one truck and the other one is in the shop they said and delivery’s are way down the road. Rent a center caries better stuff and better name brand … dont go to Arron’s for to Rent a Center

Just moved to Colorado Springs and needed a new sound system. Rick was awesome and even though I didn't find the system I wanted in the store he helped me get something I was happy with until he could get the system I wanted. Now my new system is just days away and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. I'll be back thanks to Rick!

Absolute Trash!!!! I am currently at the hospital and I get a call from my neighbor and babysitter that Aaron’s has been outside my home screaming through the door for 20 minutes. She is scared, they caused a scene and scared my children. Not to mention this is the same babysitter that went to the Aaron’s location close to her to pay for the account and the gentleman at the front desk informed her that he couldn’t take a payment because she wasn’t on file. I informed her that if they come aggressive again to call the police. The way she called me video afterwards, and my children were crying because it felt like a horror show how they were screaming and beating on the door! Pathetic!!!!! And as soon as I get out of the hospital I will be calling corporate again!!!!!!She said they were screaming like drunk men!!!!In no way is that acceptable!!!!!!To stand and scream and beat on a door for 20 minutes!!!!!!!I am beyond upset!!!!!!And regardless of why they showed up, those actions are unacceptable, and dangerous and scary!!!! We have it on the video outside the house. And all the neighbors will attest!The corporate should be beyond embarrassed. I will absolutely find a way to send this video to corporate in the morning!My poor kids, the poor neighbors, my poor babysitter. My heart is broken! My kids are traumatized!!!!!I wish I had never done business with this place, it’s been painful from the beginning. That was no way to handle anything.Shame on this location. I have never in my life had a bad experience with Aaron’s until now, from broken furniture, to rude customer service, to lies, to hanging up in my face when trying to gets help. It’s pathetic and sad at the same time.

Aaron’s is by far the worst experience. They don’t care about making anything right with new customers.We paid for a new fridge and couch set, we had it set up for delivery Saturday 9-23 for 3pm - 6pm time slot. They called at 5:15 saying that the drive got stuck on base and would be late. Cool, no big deal.. I can handle them being late. Then they call back and say the truck is now broken down they won’t be coming tonight. The best they could do was Monday.. They are closed on Sunday. When I asked how they would have truck fix first thing Monday morning so we could have the delivery then and they said they would rent a truck. So why could you not rent one on Saturday so I could have my stuff… They drop off everything on Monday morning and the guy is working alone. He takes the fridge in the house, damaging the doors with cuts and dents. Then it doesn’t get cold and you can’t adjust the temperature or anything. We call them back saying it’s been over 24 hours it’s not gettin cold. They said they would send someone out at 3:00 pm on Tuesday to try and help. At 3:30 on Tuesday, we called to see what was happening. Turns out they forgot about us. Eventually someone shows up and works on it for a bit. Only to find out that the computer part is broken; that was error code. Probably from the way it was installed, being banged around. So we are told they would have a new one to us on Thursday before noon. They don’t have drivers on Wednesday- At 12:30 we still have nothing so we call to find out what’s happening. They said it won’t be here till after 3:30. So now, we have be late to work since we don’t have anyone who will be here for them. Now it's Thursday afternoon and we have spent all morning waiting for them to come. We have had no fridge since last Saturday. We had to throw out over $200 worth of food because you can only keep it a ice for so long. They didn’t care that we have wasted a whole day waiting for them or that we lost all the food we did. There was no reason for them not to hold up to the time we were told. They have left us almost a week with no refrigerator. Don’t waste your money with them; go with someone who doesn’t lie and actually cares about there customers.

We set up for delivery 2 weeks out. They called 40 minutes before the end time of slotted spot. And said they would not be bring the fridge to us. They are running behind- we don’t have fridge as we got ride of ours. They were unwilling to work late to bring the items we paid for. The he actually hung on me because I told him to pay his drives extra money… So we are stuck with no fridge and food in coolers. Because they are lazy and can’t communicate well be hand. That are running late. So we will be going with someone. Who is willing to hold up to contract that they set up.

Got a couch almost 2 years ago that was incredibly expensive and ripped in multiple places already. No pets, and very careful. Their quality of products suck for the outrageous prices. On the due date every time they call three times. The amount of times this store calls me is insane! I told them there was rips and they are supposed to send someone out to fix them but we agreed on getting rid of our last payment instead. However they still call me everyday! Terrible!

They are so quick to try to make a sell and they did not bother going over the do's and don't. I had to wait 20 days until my item was delivered to find out something I should have been told on day one when speaking to the GM.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Property was very nice well maintained showroom was very nice seemed understaffed like the salesperson that I was working with was very nice informative help me get a few of the items I was looking for hopefully delivery will be here on Monday July 25th 2022 I appreciate being informed that they were not able to deliver right away due to short staffed and I may look at applying for a job here shortly.
