If I could give it zero stars I would new management sucks and if you need a cheaper rate go some place else .we were cleaning out our storage unit and been here for two years and know we are getting kick out for accidentally falling asleep on our storage unit after cleaning up our storage unit from 5 pm in the afternoon until the next morning at 7 or 8 o'clock and they are kicking us out a day before our lease is up and they are not refunding our 253 dollars that we paid in the beginning of April they didn't understand at all and they don't want you to clean up your storage unit at all you have a small place to work to clean and they are expecting you not to be in anyones way while your going through your storage unit at all so if you want to clean it out and you have most of your stuff out you better be ready for them to tell you to keep it in your storage unit to clean it out if your having a lot of stuff they won't let you do this at all I wouldn't recommend this storage unit to anyone over here

The best facility that I've been with in Colorado springs the management and staff really make you feel comfortable and really show they care and go above and beyond to make it happen

Really good prices on storage units and even cheaper if you pay in advance on their specials. Access is easy and loading docks make it really convenient to move big items. Climate control is an added benefit. I had a good experience.

Jay thanks for your support with every issue. I have been with this business since my retirement from the military. I have had minor issues but they were able to help me resolve them. Great company and I do love that the units are interior so if I have to get to my unit on the weekend or at night, I do not have to worry about inclement weather. If you are looking for a storage unit that is safe and indoors, very reasonable in pricing, this is the place. Thanks Better Self Storage.

They are great for a little while with long-stay I don't know safety security not so well because if someone robbed the storage they're not trying to pay you
