I visited this location today approximately 2:30 this afternoon to purchase a softdrink and use the ladies room. I was unable to do either. The softdrink machine was broken and the bathrooms were closed. I asked why I couldn't use the bathroom, keep in mind, I drove so no backpack, I'm a 64 yr old woman with dignity so why am I begging? Ok so, Virginia the manager started verbally assaulting me calling me every name in the book; f'n b*tch and so on at the top of her lungs!! I'm a rewards member and have been for years without incident or treatment like this. When I got out to my car, I told my adult daughter what had just happened and she went in and basically said how dare you talk to my mother like that and she to got yelled at and threatened!! This is NOT 7-11 standards! My first and last at this location!!

This store is Soo Geto, Inside and out,As well as a Few of it's Employees,One in particular,The heavy male cashier He is ALWAYS Eating at the register,He touches EVERYThing with those nasty hands of his that are covered in his saliva, ? This in it self is a Health and safety Hazzard,To All?He more concerned about sholveling food from the hot grill into his pie whole then he is on bagging for the customers who just paied the ever rissing prices due to this employees theft, ole Humpty Dumpty needs a shower and to fired,As for people bringing their own bags to Any store,When the Feds changed to this, No Where did it say cashier's do not bag,This is Your Job ,And the Division of Labor states employees must consume meals AWAY from Work Stations,And as for any establishment charging some one to use a restroom Is illegal,You are now a scammer and a theft,And as for leaving backpacks at the door,No can do! That's like leaving your wallet or purse ? at the door then to assault someone That is a chargeable offence,So 7-11 get your - hit together Or face a lawsuit,And for God sakes get ride of Humpty Dumpty ?

As I walked in to get a bottle of water, I was told to leave my backpack up front. First of all, I am not a thief and have been in retail management for 36 years. I said that I would not leave my pack back with anyone. They said that was fine, so I told my husband to get me a water or we could just leave. I feel that management could have come around and just escorted me to get a water instead of yelling at me from across the counter

This store along with a few others for some reason feels it is okay to profile and discriminate against people over wearing a backpack and apparently requires you to leave your backpack at the front door on the floor. My job requires me to use one, and keeping 2 phones, a laptop, and sometimes a tablet with a change of clothes just in case, not to mention my wallet and personal things I like to keep on me, is a lot to lose if someone felt like picking up my bag and just walking out the front door with it while I would be shopping. I have friends who have lost their bags to thieves waiting for bags to be left behind so they can grab them. Carrying over $5000 of belongings in my bag, I will not leave it at 7-11’s front door ever.I have been in this neighborhood for 2 years now and many employees know me and I have never had a problem with telling them no thank you, I’m just grabbing a fountain drink and that’s it. The employees have come to know me and know I’m not their to steal their precious cookies or whatever. I’m in and I’m out.But today was different. A female employee named Noelia I believe was not having it, I was already making my drink when she had another employee, a black man come over to me and slap my cup I was filling up out of my hand and yelled at me “that it isn’t gonna fly like that around here!”I’m assuming Noelia is a manager at this store who basically allowed violence from her employees towards customers over a discriminating profile of wearing a backpack. Their are plenty of people who wear backpacks that aren’t in a store to steal or robbed, but for many other reasons than to commit crimes and to be treated like a criminal the moment you walk into their store just for wearing one is discrimination and illegal on top of the violence that happened.I will not be going back to this store again. I’m so over 7-11 and their discriminatory profiling policy against all people who wear backpacks. Shame 7-11!! I’m not some kid or would be thief. I’m a 44 year old mother of 3 who lives just a block and a half away from your store who owns her own business. Just shameful!

Walked in this store on a hot day to get a Big Gulp. My partner and I were out and about and were wearing backpacks. I walked into the store towards the drink station and they stopped him and asked us to remove our backpacks. I refused and left the store immediately without a drink.I understand that stores get taken for their inventory, but unfortunately that is all part of having a business. That is also what loss prevention and insurance is for.STOP TREATING EVERYONE AS IF THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!I have a $2000 laptop that I take with me when I go out sometimes. Why would I want to leave MY PROPERTY, ON THE FLOOR, IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE WHERE I CANNOT. SEE IT AND SOMEONE CAN STEAL FROM ME? You need to revamp your policy and handle loss prevention the correct way.If the first impression that a store worker gets of someone is that they are THIEVES, just because they are wearing a backpack, then it’s obvious that their money has no business being spent in that establishment. My prayer is that whoever owns this store and implemented that rule for their employees to enforce, receives some type of discrimination EVERYWHERE THEY GO FOR THE REMAINDER OF THEIR LIFE for passing judgement on innocent people wearing backpacks. To hell with you and your Big Gulps. May NO ONE EVER buy a Big Gulp from this store again.

I will not be returning to this location. The point behind haveing a convenience store means actually having convenience NO RESTROOM is not except able and definitely a inconvenience
